New secluded suite near Zion National Park, Sand Hollow and Sky Mountain golf courses, famous mountain bike trails and hikes, Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek and Snow Canyon state parks--all within a 30-minute drive.

Enjoy beautiful views of Pine Mountain and Quail Lake or watch quail run across the black lava hill while you drink your coffee in the private outdoor seating area. Owners Mary and Kody created this cozy cottage on the far side of their new home for guests looking for a comfortable, clean place to call home while they explore the outdoors.

Attached suite is located on a quiet street just minutes from freeway access, dinning and shopping options. Attention was given to custom furnishings, quality linen, a large custom walk-in shower, and artistic décor. Guests have private parking and their own access into their corner of the property. High-speed internet connection and comfortable desk makes this studio a perfect property to work remotely while exploring southern Utah and northern Arizona.

The absolute cutest little place to stay. Has its own parking spot and entrance. It was super duper clean too, which as a germophobe, I really appreciated. It was just right for a two night stay while at a soccer tournament with my 7 year old. Loved it!!

Amazingly comfortable!

Just wow! This is a wonderful retreat to come back to after days exploring the local area. As others have said, the shower did an amazing job on our aching bones after a days hiking in Zion. We also got to explore Grafton Ghost Town too. We will definitely be back again! Just a perfect place to stay and so quiet too.

Very quiet, pleasant stay in Mary’s place. Comfy bed, love the pillows, wonderful shower and bathroom, great after being out at Sand Hollow State Park for an event. Not a large place, so it’s not conducive to just hanging out. But great place to sleep and clean up after a day of activity. Responsive hosts.

This is a nice property that’s new and was well located. A bit more description of the amenities would be helpful. There is a mini fridge, small microwave, and single serve coffee pot stacked one on top of the other. A single chair and small desk. A foot stool at the end of the bed. There’s a nice wardrobe and night stand with drawers. The bathroom, especially the shower is nice. The room is decorated beautifully. The room size is on the smaller size and hard to move around in if you have a lot of stuff which is what we had. In addition to luggage, I had archery gear for a tournament to store. The drive is very steep and may be intimidating for some. Once parked my truck was very close to the building making it hard to get in and load from that side. There are path lights but for elderly people a bit more light would be nice. Communicating with the host was prompt and pleasant. All in all it’s a sweet place. Clean, compact and comfortable.

Beautiful room

I loved my stay. Check in and communication was amazing which always makes a huge difference. The room is beautiful and shower beautiful. The bed cozy, snacks, microwave, wardrobe & location perfect. Thoughtful accomodations. I wish they would say in the description that the room is really small. It's smaller than a hotel room so I would recommend it as more a place to crash in between activities. If you're going to hang out there it's small. I only gave them a four because the description says it's quiet relaxing place. But it was noisy a couple days of my stay, laundry & metal grinding were quite loud. Laundry is right next to room and there's a metal shop connected to the guest extension where metal is being worked with and it sounds like nails on a chalkboard. I hate to say this because it was really really wonderful place with lovely hosts. however, I came to sleep in and relax from a stressful summer and not just run from activity to activity and it was grating.

This property was a private suite adjacent to a beautiful house in a wonderful new neighborhood. The host was extremely gracious and communicative, and she offered to go the extra mile if needed. The main house and the Vrbo suite shared a backyard, and we often met out there to play with the owners' two fun-loving dogs! The suite was well-appointed and exactly as advertised in the listing. I visit the area annually and will definitely consider staying here again next year.

Cozy Utah Getaway

Great little spot for 2 people just trying to relax and see the national parks in a few days. The bed is super comfortable. Great place to unwind after a long day to hiking and treking intense terrain. The room had everything we needed (would like maybe more paper plates and plastic utensils to reheat items in microwave) Bathroom was spacious and modern. Water pressure was strong and amazing!
