The location is central to outdoor adventures, conferences and shopping in Redding. Within two miles from Redding Civic, Sundial Bridge, Downtown, Bethel and great restaurants.

All bedsheets & pillow cases are hypoallergenic sets.

The home is sanitized thoroughly before and after each guest with non-toxic & environmentally friendly cleaning supplies.

Amenities include full kitchen access with basic spices, coffee & tea, an eight seater dining table, WIFI + Internet, free parking, and a hot tub for a relaxing getaway!
Please note: We keep up with Hot tub maintenance and clean up after each guest to ensure it's working properly. But we cannot guarantee it to be in working condition in case of any unforeseen circumstances with damage or improper use from prior guests.
