We had 3 adults staying here and it was perfect for our 2 night stay in Hampton! The place was clean and on a dead end street. The purpose of our visit was not a beach trip, but it’s close enough to walk to the beach, which we did as a leisurely activity on our first night. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops all within a short walk.

Adorable cottage

Super clean-quiet and the best Adirondack chairs for sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.The beds were super comfortable and it was absolutely amazing. Looking forward to coming back again- highly recommend.

Perfect

In town for a show at Wally's and the location was perfect! Cutest little cottage!! Parking is tricky but we fit without issue. Would be best for a couple or a family with 1-2 young children. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! Cottage actually was BETTER than photos with updates that were made over the winter!

Just as described

Cute little cottage within walking distance of everything we wanted to do while in Hampton Beach. Cottage was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Rebecca was very prompt with communication and helped us out when we arrived alittle earlier than expected.

Exactly what I needed

The perfectly sized and located place for me to have a much needed solo weekend away. Walking distance to everything on the main strip, I only had to use my car when I decided to take a trip up to North Beach/North Hampton. Would definitely come back again.

Cute place

The cottage was very cute and in a great location. A few of the positives were the towels and toiletries from the host. I only had two cons; the parking was extremely inconvenient. The tenant behind was driving huge pick up trucks and trying to be mindful of one another was a little annoying. Also there were tiny ants that formed from the kitchen and then slowly infested the place. We had bought groceries from Walmart on our first night to the kitchen counters covered in ants when we woke up. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Hampton Beach seafood festival

Everything was as described. Great location . Host communicated well . The cottage was a bit small for our group but did not limit the fun . Sleeping arrangements were tuff for 6 grown adults but would be perfect for a small family . The experience was still good and I would recommend this to anyone looking to get away close to the beach .

Perfectly sized

Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street.

Perfect Spot!

We stayed here for the entire month of June and loved every minute of it! The cottage was clean and well decorated. Very cute and modern! One block walk to the beach and lots of good bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Becca was a great host. Very communicative and helpful. The cottage was well stocked with linens and towels. There were some really hot days and the air conditioners worked very well to keep the cottage nice and cool. Loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the front porch. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience!

This home is not suitable for winter. The pipes were frozen when we arrived and it took hours to reach the owners. We spent one night without running water and then requested a full refund. We had to scramble to find a new place for a family of 5 and a dog. It might be a better experience in the summer, but it’s unethical to charge people money for a cottage with exposed pipes on the beach in December in NH.

Very nice

We were lucky enough to be the first ones to stay in this newly renovated cottage. It was the cleanest cottage I have ever rented so far and decorated so cute! Everything was brand new… fridge, oven, plates, silverware, cooking trays, pillows, blankets, EVERYTHING! Rebecca gave her and her husbands cell phone numbers to be reached if needed and she responded quickly whenever I had questions. This is a PRIME location. It’s a short walk to literally everything. The walk to the beach was my biggest concern and it’s so short! My 3 and 6 yr old walked it every day with no problem. Everything you need is within a few blocks (mart, coffee, ice cream, bars and restaurants, etc.) My boys slept in the trundle bed and my husband and I were in the queen. There’s also a pullout sofa but we didn’t use it. The air conditioners kept the house cool and worked quickly. The cottage is definitely small/tight but it was only us 4 so it was just fine at this stage in our lives. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I definitely recommend it!
