Geographically situated to avoid summer traffic, providing quick access to the top 5 destinations in Coeur d’Alene:

• Lake Coeur d’Alene, Downtown Coeur d’Alene, Tubb’s Hill, Coeur d’Alene Resort (3.7 miles ~ 5-10 minutes)
• Ski Resorts- Silver Mountain, Schweitzer, and Lookout Pass (45 minutes away)
• Centennial Trail (access via paved path, one block from the home)
• The Festival at Sandpoint, is a weeklong event, featuring musical performances in the park, allowing
attendees to sit beneath the stars on picnic blankets while enjoying food and libations. It is likely that you will
encounter your host on one of the evenings. ☺

The home is ideally located, 3 miles, equidistant between Downtown Coeur d’Alene and Hayden, offering two beautiful lakes for enjoyment. Five other lakes — Avondale, Fernan, Alpine, Twin, and Pend Oreille — are less than an hour’s drive to the waterfront. Huckleberry picking is only 45 minutes away!
Nestled in a quiet, safe cul-de-sac, just a short walk to parks, bike paths, multiple schools, and grocery stores. Our backyard neighbor is an elementary school, offering endless unobstructed views. We enjoy not having full-time backyard neighbors; however, it is worth noting that you will hear children playing during the school year (a small price to pay for quiet evenings, weekends, and summers).
SLEEPING:
Each bedroom was furnished with opulence, thoughtfully designed with Goldilocks in mind: premium mattresses, 650-thread-count 100% cotton sheets, and four pillows per bed (two soft and two firm). Each room is equipped with a Smart LED television (40-50 inches), complemented by curtains and blinds, which are ideal for facilitating siestas ☺.

The Family Room is intended for additional sleeping arrangements, featuring a spacious sectional sofa capable of accommodating four adults, as well as a Queen-sized memory foam pull-out sofa. Additionally, there are three queen 18-inch self-inflating air mattresses, each provided with its own bedding bag containing two pillows, a fitted sheet, and a cozy blanket. A pack 'n play is available for the little ones.

Please be advised that patio items are available for our guests from spring through fall. Due to safety considerations associated with falling icicles and adverse weather conditions, these items are stored from November through March.

• Coolers designated for use on the beach or back patio, including a soft-sided cooler and a small hard-sided
cooler.
• A foldable high-chair that secures to our dining chairs, accompanied by child plates, bowls, and cutlery.
Upon request:
• Collapsible wagon, low-back chairs suitable for outdoor concerts in the park, and picnic blankets.
• Six-foot and two three-foot foldable tables.

PETS:
Require prior approval and must be accompanied by a signed Pet Addendum, along with current vaccination records, which shall be submitted upon booking confirmation. Reservations with approved pets will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee. The nightly pet rent is $25 per pet for stays of five nights or less, with payment due 14 days prior to arrival. Only canines are permitted, subject to considerations of age, sex, weight, altered status, and breed. Canines that do not meet these criteria will be subject to a Pet Security Hold.
HOT TUB:
Accessible to guests from October through May, contingent upon the length of stay, the number of guests, and guest reviews. All guests are required to sign a Hot Tub Agreement, which acknowledges the rules for use and applicable fees.
Guests aged between 21 and 24 are required to have prior stays with positive reviews to be considered.
