Nestled in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac, a short walk to parks, bike paths, and the grocery store. Our backyard neighbor is an Elementary school- in summer, this is GREAT, due to no backyard neighbors. During the school year, you will hear children playing during recess. We enjoy not having full-time backyard neighbors :)
