Rooftop video projectors are being added in July 2023 and will be stored in the 3rd floor bedroom closet

Safe, quiet, roomy stay so close to the Gulch

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property. It had everything we needed and was very close to everything we wanted to visit and do. The rooftop deck was so fun and relaxing at night. I would recommend this location.

Great location and awesome rooftop patio and kitchen. We had a blast exploring nearby 12th south neighborhood, the gulch and downtown.

Second Stay

I have now stayed at this property for two separate bachelor parties. The house is fantastic, with plenty of room, extremely clean, and a great location. I had to reach out twice to the property manager and they were extremely nice and helpful. A great experience was had by all.

Well appointed comfortable space, great location

Great space for 3 couples, spacious and well appointed. Excellent location, close to activities, but still quiet. Plenty of seating in living room and roof top patio. For some reason though there was a shortage of soap shampoo and some cooking utensils. Quickly rectified by cleaning staff though.

I was disappointed !! Ants in the kitchen ! Earwigs in kitchen and bathrooms! No mattress pad on bed! No bath mats! Location was great!

Photos shown on website had more beds available. When we checked in there was hair on towels and finger prints with sauce on the doors in bathrooms. Toilets were also not cleaned well

Good location

The house is in a good location and has plenty of room. Definitely bring a sleep mask. The curtains in the bedrooms don’t cover the widows and the area outside is well lit. There were also lots of ants In The house during our stay, you might consider bringing towels. All of the towels we were provided with were very sour. These are all fairly easy fixes, and I hope that they will be remedied.

Our pest control service is on a monthly rotation, but a different source was attracting the ants, which they found and resolved. New towels and linens have been stocked. Horrible. Host for this property was unresponsive for hours.We arrived around 4pm. Rules are must park in garage. Well the garage was full of trash and construction scrapes. Reached out to the host about the issue,(call center) 5 phones calls and 4.5 hours later we are told to park at another condos garage, and they will get it cleaned out next day. Stayed 4 days no one ever came to empty garage. Worried everyday we would get locked out of the condo that we had to park in. Do not recommend.

Near The Gulch

The email communication was great before arrival, with details about checkin procedures. Upon arrival, one of the smoke detectors was beeping (and never fixed) so we took the battery out after getting no response from the emergency number. There was trash under the sofa from the previous guests. The “sofa” is pieces that don’t stay together. On the positive side, the location is a short walk to the Gulch. There was a security car with flashing lights outside each night. The rooftop sitting with the propane fire pit was a great hangout place. The email about checkout instructions was helpful.

Should have read the reviews...

Check-in was really easy just enter your code and your in. The condo is well decorated. The security guy Red was awesome! Its a good thing we didnt bring 2 cars because they had a lot of furniture and rugs in the garage. Apon entering and going up the first flight of steps there was a toe nail in the floor.( gross)Lots of stairs. The toilet in master bathroom is wobbly. The curtains in the house let light in every room because there arent enough on the windows. ( which people had complained about in the past and thought they would have fixed it but didn't.) Location is pretty good. Uber rides are quick. Neighborhood nearby is a little sketchy ( but thanks Red for having our back)

Dissatisfied

From the pictures this place looks great, but there are several issues with the property. Firs the location while close to the Gulch is not the safest in terms of neighborhood. As a group of females we would not walk alone at night. The fire alarm went off from a low battery all night making it impossible to sleep. If it is windy you hear the furniture on the rooftop being blown about again making it difficult to sleep. The place is sparsley stocked, we could not find many pots/pans and no cutting board. There is evident water damage in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. In the den the couch is one of those that comes in 6 pieces and they slide apart easily so you soon find yourself on the ground. We were disappointed in our stay here. With so many great places to rent in Nashville i would definitley skip this one.

Great trip!

The location and quality of the property was great. Note to owners: there was an issue with the ac not keeping the upstairs cool and the general cleanliness of the condo was not great. We enjoyed our stay and everywhere we went was an easy drive. We will definantly recommend this location to our friends.
