The Hollywood house is a charming 1,418 square foot house on a 2,268 square foot lot with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In 1920s Hollywood house that used to house visiting movie stars for nearby Gower Studios in the Golden Age of Hollywood, This space is a spacious modern single-family home. There is a large open-plan living and dining area that gets ample light throughout the day. There are 4 bedrooms with generous storage space and 2 bathrooms.
1 full bathroom is located downstair and 2nd Full bathroom is located upstairs.

It features a large, private back yard and lots of open spaces. Entire house to yourself, Living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, Garage with washer, dryer, private backyard and driveway.

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, this spacious newly renovated home is perfect for group of friends/ family vacation. Long term stay are welcome :) There are 4 bright and comfortable bedrooms each furnished with a queen/King size bed, and a flat screen tv in the living room. The light-filled living room opens up to the serene private backyard. Next to the living room is the dining room and gorgeous kitchen. The bedroom is cozy, and the natural light that flows through makes a comfortable and relaxing personal space.

Great location and house

Wonderful house, close to LA's Thai Town. Enclosed parking, great for our rental car. Kitchen and bedrooms were well-equipped. Short driving distance to coffee shops and convenience stores. Fantastic alternative to more expensive hotels that were around the area. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in LA!

Nice stay

House was conveniently located for our trip. Perfect for some friends to all stay together but all have separate space at night. Neighborhood seemed safe, we didn't have any problems when we walked to the store or Starbucks. Host was very accessible, although we didn't need anything. The instructions were detailed for check in/out and easy to follow.

Location Location location

If you need a place to stay close to Hollywood in a quieter area then this is the place. Gated home in a safe neighborhood with enough room for your entire family! Lovely outdoor space in the backyard. Bathrooms were updated & newer. The host was very communicative & lovely. A joy to work with. Thank you for hosting us!

Great Time

House is in a quiet neighborhood with a market/liquor store a quick walk away for anything you need. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Amazing location with a short walk to the Hollywood walk of fame and a short drive to the observatory. Lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance as well. Fridge was clean and kept our drinks super cold! Two full baths was a plus as well! Backyard was perfect to start the day with a coffee and end with a nightcap. Very secluded and lots of privacy back there!

Terrible accomodation

The owner did not give me the address and the door codes till about 2 hours before checkin. The tub was broken which was not disclosed on the prospectus. The refrigerator not working well. Not enough kitchen utensils. Not enough bathroom tissues. Kitchen cabinets not in a good shape

Hello, You asked for the self check in instructions 5 days before your check in date. You also asked for the address 5 days before your arrival. I mentioned to you that I can not give you the self check in instructions 5 days before your arrival due the safety of the guest that we’re staying there. You asked for early check in as well I mentioned to yoi there’s extra fee for that. However you didn’t want to pay for the extra fee to check in. I mentioned to you that the check in time at 5pm. However I sent you the self check in instructions to you on the day of your arrival at 1pm. You received the self check in instructions with the lockbox code at 1pm. You also asked me to send the self check in instructions to your son as well. He received the check in instructions at 1pm. Like I mentioned check times at 5pm however you received the self check in instructions at 1pm. You received it 3 hours before the check in time. We didn’t charge you for early check in time. There’s is nothing wrong with the refrigerator. Refrigerator works properly and in good condition. The list description mentioned that there is one full bathroom downstairs and half bathroom upstairs. ( upstairs shower is not working) the listing States there’s one full bathroom downstairs. The listing also mentioned that it’s vintage house with working kitchen cabinets. There’s was plenty of bathroom tissue available in both of the bathrooms. Your reservation was only for 2 days. There was 6 rolls of bathroom tissue. I reached out to you to see if there was anything you needed. You never responded back to us. kitchen utensil is fully stocked with pots, pans etc. I suggest next time reading the listing description before booking your reservation. I suggest next time that you would leave a accurate review instead a false review. Thank you

Amazing Home

This property has everything! It is in the heart of Hollywood. We stayed to attend a concert at the Hollywood Bowl, which was a few minutes car ride. A mini market is in walking distance. Dee is an amazing and thoughtful host, she made sure we were able to check in with no problems and she checked on us to make sure we were good. She thought of everything, the pictures do not lie. We each had our own bedroom, the bathrooms are gorgeous (I'm a luxury bathroom kinda girl...lol). Having coffee of the patio was my favorite. Having a place to park was nice too, parking in L.A. is a bit problematic, so that was a plus. We will definitely put this on the list for next time. I visit L.A. yearly and since I sold my house there, this property will definitely be my home away from home. You will not be disappointed if you select this property. Thank you again Dee!

Hollywood visit

Overall, my group and I had a great stay in this home. The host was very communicative and worked through the issues we encountered as diligently as possible. A few things to note that I wish were just made clear before we began our stay- both properties next to the home are vacant, 1 does tend to have looters in and out of the house throughout the night which was an uneasy feeling. When we arrived the Wi-Fi was completely down and took us 3 days to get properly set up, again the host worked with us as best as she could’ve, but working remote, this problem should’ve been dealt with prior or a heads up would’ve been nice. We paid an extra cleaning fee for an early check in, and upon arrival the home never really felt “clean”- dust, spiders, all the hand soap was watered down. The location was prime for Hollywood, the house did feel safe with the gate and several door locks, and the home was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Apart from a few communication details that we wish were made aware before arrival, we did enjoy our stay in this home!

Pros: secure property, not to far from things, easy check in, good communication with the host Cons: pics showed 2 full bathrooms but described 1.5 which was confusing; floors were dirty and our socks turned black; insufficient towels for our stay (no hand towels, 2 face clothes for 3 people, and 2 large towels per person), holes in the ceilings, a Do it yourself renovation that was very lacking (I know because I've flipped 5 houses), Kurig didn't work, No ice in the freezers, poorly stocked kitchen (who doesn't have a variety of sugars or powdered milk to have with coffee?). Also you could only do your hair upstairs because the outlet downstairs didn't take larger plugs that are standard on hairdryers. We under the impression this property was in West Hollywood but it was not. I don't know LA so maybe this one is my fault. Lots of noise at night from people on the street and in the neighborhood. Third house I've stayed in this year and the only one I wouldn't recommend especially with only one working shower for 4 bedrooms.

Hello Michael, listing description mentions that it’s 1.5 bathrooms. Before you booked with us. We went over that all 4 bedrooms are upstairs and there’s one full bathroom downstairs and half bathroom upstairs. You confirmed that you were okay with 1.5 bathrooms. Also the listing description mentioned that there’s no ice machine. The listing also states that this house is located in Hollywood and it’s vintage house build in 1920s not luxury hotel. This house is located in the city, noise that I can not control. I suggest next time staying in the valley not in the city. You didn’t plug in the coffee machine. So yes coffee machine won’t work unless it’s plugged in. In the past we had stock refrigerator however guests prefer not to have stock refrigerator due to COVID-19. You also asked for early check in. We accommodated you with early check in FREE of charge. We didn’t charge you for early check in fee Thank you for the feedback. I suggest next time please reach out to the host. Amazing

What a wonderful experience to explore LA while having a beautiful safe haven to come to every night. The rental was accurately described and surpass all expectations. The owner was so helpful and nice as well. I truly cannot recommend this place enough! A+ all around.

Spacious home. Great location. Front door locks were a bit sticky and hard to open. Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. Could fit two small cars in driveway behind gate. Stairs are steep.

Great place great location

Really nice home, cozy, clean, nice amenities, great communication by owner. Close to good food spots and stores. The only thing to note is home located across from a film studio so pick a bedroom away from street side if you're a light sleeper.
