Hi Catherine, Thank you for your review. We always aspire to receive 5 star reviews so I will take your feedback on board and make adjustments. It is worth noting that our welcome email sent around 2 to 3 weeks before arrival details the cost of parking, and the process of obtaining the ticket, however I will now add that info to the property listing to make it clearer for any future guests. The cleaning team normally put 2 or 3 additional toilet rolls in each bathroom cupboard and I will pick up with the cleaning team and apologise if this wasn't the case during your stay.
