I am passionate about good design, Architecture, and efficient layouts. After living in a small apartment with craftsman trim, and tons of sunlight, I realized that it was a home that was actually meant to be lived in. Not a flimsy banal structure meant check boxes for buyers and sellers.
This house is special. The previous owners completed thoughtful renovations including opening up the kitchen, matching the existing archway that seperates the living room area, from the dining room area. Each unit has an abundance of restored built-ins, and original hardware.
This is not a huge space. Although situated in the middle of a higher-end neighborhood each unit boasts 1300 or so square feet with a front and rear entrance. The layout is very intuitive, so first time guests will have no trouble knowing where they are, and knowing where everything is even after a very short introduction to the property.
Cooling is provided by Central AC, and heat is provided through several hot-water radiators. Many of these flank windows and add extra beauty and function to each space and room within the home.
I am excited to share this home with the VRBO community. Hopefully you will discover how special this home is, too.
