Absolutely loved it!! The only problem was Park City closed for skiing when we arrived. We would have been walking distance to the First Time Chair. So we skied at Snowbird, Alta and Brighton. Loved Snowbird!!! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, showers were fabulous, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, parking under the building was easy. It was easy to get around and even without a car there were tons of busses. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!

Listing states air conditioning. There is no air conditioning. It’s a fan off a hvac broiler system. In the winter it only blows heat and the building switches it to cold some time around May. Unfortunately if it’s 80 outside in March opening a window with a box fan is not an option. We sweat every night. Two of the bedrooms do not even have the ability to open windows. The master bedroom also had sheer curtains that allow the lights outside to beam through the room.

To clarify for future stays, Silver King utilizes a building-wide hydronic heating and cooling system; as you noted, the transition from heat to air conditioning is seasonally scheduled by the building HOA. We understand how frustrating it is when an unseasonably warm spring day outpaces that transition. We also appreciate your comments regarding the window access and the curtains in the master bedroom. We will certainly share this feedback with the property owners and our management team to see where improvements—such as better blackout options—can be made.
We hope that despite these issues, you were able to enjoy the proximity to the lifts and the mountain views. We would value the opportunity to provide you with a much more comfortable experience in the future.

Wonderful location
Silver king is a great location - just a short walk across the parking lot to the payday or first time lift. Bus stopped right outside the condo making getting to main street or other locations a breeze. The condo is layed out well for a family or group as there is plenty of seating area and room for people to have their own space to do things. There were a few minor issues when we checked in ( a couple lights out in kitchen and the hair dryer loose on the wall in master bathroom) that were fixed within a few minutes of asking. Didn't use the pool or hottub but they looked nice. Overall a great stay.
