Newly remodeled cottage at U.P. Sunrise Cottages resort has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Fully equipped kitchen. Linens and towels. Central A/C. Fast Wi-Fi. Smart TV. In-cottage laundry. Large covered porch.

Seasonal recreational activities include playground, aquapark, kayaks, SUPs, firepits, lawn games.

Requires a signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold placed directly with property.

Includes campfire wood, fishing dock, charcoal grill.
Less than a mile to Trail 8 for snowmobiles/ORVs. Trailer parking available.

The layout of this cottage is as follows:

Bedroom 1: queen bed.
Bedroom 2: four twin beds (a bunk and two singles).
Bedroom 3: four twin beds (a bunk and two singles).

Bathroom 1: has a tub/shower.
Bathroom 2: has a shower.

We are about an hour drive from Munising and the Pictured Rocks boat tours, 35 minutes from Marquette, and about 10 minutes from Gwinn, where there is a full grocery and several good places to eat, including the UP North Lodge, Poppi's Pizzeria, Daisy Jo's and more!
