The home has been recently updated. The main floor has a master suite with a king bed and a newly remodeled bathroom. Also on the main floor is another bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom with soaking tub. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a queen and bunk bed (two singles). The upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, grinder, coffee maker, kuerig and many spices. The kitchen has all new appliances. With the open floor plan the kitchen looks out on the dining area and the great room with fireplace and television mounted above. In addition there is a desk area that looks out on the golf course and towards Lone Peak for a perfect work station.
The large wrap around deck offers a great spot for grilling, enjoying the sun and sitting in the large hot tub. The entire layout of the home makes this the perfect home to relax, rewind, and spend time enjoying the beautiful outdoors together.
