Welcome to our beautiful 1 bed/ 1bath private apartment located in the charming Summerville Historic District! This unit is equipped with: TV w/Netflix/Hulu, pots/pans/utensils, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, wifi, off-street parking, keyless entry, & a shared laundry room located in the rear of the property. It is walking distance to the hospitals, Southbound Smokehouse, & Buona Cafe! The central location of the property makes it a short drive to the Master’s, downtown Augusta, & the mall.

Communication with owner was outstanding! We had to clean refrigerator. Air conditioner broke.

I had great communication with the owner. Cleaning people did remove all items from the refrigerator. I cleaned the refrigerator myself. I was concerned especially with COVID. Air conditioning went out on us. I ended up paying extra money on hotels due to the extreme hot air in the home. Internet was not stable. This is not good for people that has to do things that require internet. Please be advised that the home is old and need some updates. Ask the owner questions to maintain transparency.

We try our best to give our guests a great experience, although on this occasion things did not go as planned. Upon arrival, Mrs. Johnson stated that she did not like the house due to it not being modern. We are very transparent in our listing description that this house is a historic home, in a well sought after historic district. We offered her a full refund and she declined. Unfortunately the central air did stop working, however we had an hvac technician come to fix the unit as soon as we were notified. Although I wish Mrs. Johnson all the best for the future, I would decline the opportunity to host them again.
