Level 3: On the Top Level, you are greeted with the most mesmerizing, unobstructed 180-degree views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! The great room has an elegant, yet cozy feel where you can watch the game on the Large Screen TV, listen to music, read a book, or just enjoy some family time! The huge gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make all of your family meals together and includes stainless steel appliances and a large island with a cooktop. There is plenty of room for everyone including seating for 14 at the new dining room table, a smaller table for 4 and seating at the kitchen island for 4 more! Step outside into the Screened-in gazebo where you can dine al fresco, enjoy breakfast with the sunrise while watching the dolphins, or spend time on the open sundeck where you will find comfortable deck chairs! There is also a King bedroom with an en suite bath and a Queen bedroom with a single daybed on this level. A powder room is also located on this level.

Level 2: The Mid-level features 4 more king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds. One of the king bedrooms has an accessible-friendly roll-in shower! The laundry room/kitchenette is also on this level which offers a microwave, mini-fridge, and sink!

Level 1: The L-shaped 50' Salt Water pool is amazing for cooling off on hot days, relaxing, floating, or swimming laps! It can be heated for an additional $400! The 7-person hot tub is perfect for evening soaks with friends or hanging out on rainy, chilly days! There's even a fenced-in dog area beside the pool just for your fur baby! Enjoy the newly added game room with a pool table!
