Oceanside 4br Family Friendly Home with Huge yard! Newly installed AC!

Our home offers a very open living, dining and kitchen space. With 4 spacious bedrooms and a very large & fun backyard! We have updated the entire home over the last few years and recently added AC! All spaces feel bright & fresh! You can leave the windows and doors open all year long to feel that wonderful ocean breeze, grill up in the backyard, play a little putt putt on the turf and my favorite sit around the fire pit while watching the sunset:)

Spacious 4 bedroom home, under 3 miles from the beach, close to beautiful local parks, Legoland, SD Zoo, Sea World and the Safari Park. We are also perfectly located between San Diego proper and Orange County! This home is the perfect hub to explore all the beauty Southern Ca has to offer!

We have all necessary beach gear for a fun day down at one of our many local beaches!
(chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, kid safety floaties, standup paddle board, boogie board, foam surf board)


HOUSE RULES:
- Quiet Hours 9pm - 8am
- No Parties or guests not on booking (this is a strict rule - reach out if you have questions about day visitors)
- Booking guest needs to send their photo ID along with a list of all the guests who will be staying.
- No pets
- No Smoking on the property

THINGS TO NOTE:
**Summer Bookings: Please note that this home does not have AC. Many homes in this area do not, and its typically the perfect temperature here in so cal! During the summer days, with the windows open and ceiling fans on (which each room has) the house usually stays very pleasant! Toward the end of summer (aug/sept) the heat waves *can* come through in which case the house can feel a little warm. Again, with the fans and windows its manageable. I like to make this abundantly clear because as much as I'd love to have the power to control the weather, I cannot:)

**please note that we do have ring security cameras (outdoors only) for security purposes only. We will never watch any guests. We simply have them there as backup security while we are away from the property. We want to be very up front about them though to ensure all guests feel respected and understand why we have them.


Back to the fun stuff - North County SD offers so much from breweries, beaches, parks, hikes and all sorts of shopping & entertaining. We love to show people around and will have a long list of activities for you to enjoy if you choose.
We love our home so much, we have the most wonderful neighbors and community around us. I know you will love staying here too! Since we live here part of the year with our young boys we really feel that this home will feel like home to you. Aesthetically we like to keep our house clean and minimal, but we are certain you would find all you need in order to cook a delicious meal, play in the yard with your kids or head down to the beach with all the necessities. We are happy to have the home well stocked for visitors of all kinds!

Airport Info:
We are in-between two great airports: the San Diego Airport (SAN) 40 minutes south & the Orange County airport (SNA) is 40 minutes north and then Los Angeles International (LAX) is 90 minutes north of us
