Located less than five minutes from historic downtown Bowling Green, Ohio and approximately seven minutes from BGSU, the house has been designed as a refreshing retreat from the moment you arrive.
The kitchen is equipped with many of the amenities you have in your own home, including a crock pot and a one of a kind end grain cutting board. The house features three bedrooms with luxurious mattresses, a rec room with a yoga nook, an Xbox 360, a foosball table, many board games for family fun, as well as a private backyard oasis with a fire pit and hammocks. The piece de resistance is the 2021 Master Spa hot tub in the breezeway which is private, but can be opened up into the fenced and landscaped backyard.
