Amenities include a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pantry, coffee maker and Keurig, and dining for 6. A brand new HVAC/Central Air/ Hyper Heat System installed. The new kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz top, soft close cabinets and drawers. There is a large pantry to include spices and basic items, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, toaster, tea kettle, and lobster pot for your fresh seafood creations! The dining table accommodates 6 guests as well as an outdoor dining table with an umbrella for shade. Brew some coffee in the morning and step onto your private balcony off your bedroom or the beautiful deck with water views and salty air.

LOUNGING AND LIVING SPACES: Indoor or outdoor comfortable living spaces with plenty of seating for all. (The blue wood stove is decorative only)

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Fresh air outdoor showers are a vacationers dream! Start your day or end it with a lovely outdoor shower. The new propane grill can be fired up at a moments notice for a quick or gourmet meal. This home is fully equipment to ensure a stress-free, relaxing vacation. Linens are provided to include sheets for all beds and bath towels. You only need to bring your beach towels. The home has Bluetooth Harmon Karmom stereo speakers, high speed wifi (1G), beach chairs, beach umbrella, start up paper supplies, and parking in the private driveway for 4 cars.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Covid 19 Precautionary Measures: Homeowner has contracted a Linen Company with an upgraded package to include sheets, bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels delivered for each reservation. This is free of charge to the renter. The cleaning company is spending more time in each home to sanitize.
