Dieses 20 Jahre alte Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Wohngegend mit Blick auf das Marino-Reservat. Alle Wohnbereiche und Schlafzimmer haben kompletten Meerblick. Der große Wohnbereich mit gemütlichem Kamin ist mit dem Ess- / Küchenbereich verbunden. Das Deck mit Sitzgelegenheiten, einem Tisch und einem Grill erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge des Hauses und ist ideal, um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten und den Wellen zu lauschen.

WIR HABEN EINEN VOLLZEITIGEN MIETER, DER IN EINER VOLLSTÄNDIG GETRENNTEN STUDIOWOHNUNG UNTER DEM EIGENTUM WOHNT.

Sie werden fast täglich Rehe in der Nachbarschaft genießen und den Wellen leise lauschen, die das Ufer und die Robben treffen. „Ich wollte dich wissen lassen, dass wir die beste Erfahrung hatten, die es je gab. 1785 ist unserer Meinung nach die beste Aussicht in ganz Cambria und wir fühlten uns so glücklich. Die vielen Hirsche, die Cambria hat, waren eine große Überraschung. ' WB. 10.03.09.

Cambria ist eine charmante Stadt mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Weinland der Zentralküste befindet sich in der Nähe - in Richtung des schönen Paso Robles. Hearst Castle ist 6 Meilen nördlich und Big Sur und Monterey sind für einen Tagesausflug da. San Luis Obispo, 32 km südlich, ist eine charmante Universitätsstadt mit Zugang zum Flughafen und zum Bahnhof.

Wonderful, relaxing

This is our second year staying at this property, so obviously we love it….spending time basking in the wonderful ocean scenery from the deck, is one of our favorite things! We come to escape all the fireworks as our dog is extremely terrified of them, and we didn’t hear a peep!

Beautiful ocean views and very comfortable

Spacious and sunny with impressive views of ocean from every room. Loft provided a great place to work from. Watched whales from kitchen window while cooking! Kitchen cookware and dishes plentiful. Short walk to otter cove where views are spectacular.

Great location

This place was everything we needed for our long weekend trip. It was very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. The Cambria Christmas market, the beach, and the bluffs. There were deers and turkeys that hang out around the neighborhood which was very nice to see. You can hear the waves roll in to the beach from the house but it’s a bit of a walk if you want to actually go close to the bluffs or beach. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great find!

Quite, clean and million dollar views ,the ad pictures don’t do it justice. Breen property managers seem to have it together and made an impression with fresh flowers and a bottle of complimentary wine. Our stay was a great experience.

Great getaway

Great views (when the marine layer lifts!). Great walking around the neighborhood and Fiscalini Ranch. The home had everything we needed and the rental office seemed easy to contact if we had needed anything. Friday Farmers market in Cambria took care of most of our groceries!

Serene Getaway

My friends, and I, have a tradition of getting away for the 4th of July holiday to help our dogs who are afraid of fireworks. This beautiful home is in a peaceful neighborhood with gorgeous views from the balconies. We got to experience quiet a few deer throughout the week- they are everywhere! The home is beautiful and make a perfect getaway!

Never could get access to property

The property looked great. Unfortunately after an 8 hour drive we could not access the property because the owner was evidently traveling and was unaware that we had reserved. We were really upset. The situation ruined an long weekend we had planned.

The information Derral wrote is correct. I booked myself a holiday from October 1 - 13. UNFORTUNATELY I did not cancel VRBO for these dates which I should have done. Derral booked October 5 for a stay at our property on October 11. I missed this entire booking due to oversite. Kindly note other reviews for our property. I'm quite certain this will not happen again. I certainly apologize to Derral, and family, but did not speak with him as VRBO advised against me phoning him. He was already annoyed enough.

FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!

Great location. Watch the sunset over the ocean from the patio or drink your morning coffee with an expansive view of the ocean. Cool, crisp, clean air. Listen to the waves crash in the distance. House is three stories, with a great TV room on the top floor, perfect for our teen to chill (away from us and the main floor. Lots if room. Super comfy bed and high end bedding. Beautiful bathrooms. Awesome gas fireplace. Very enchanting stay and the owner very nice. We had the entire place. Quiet street. Great stay! The pictures don’t do this lovely house justice, so you will be pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic Views!

Wow, this place really does have great views and sounds of the ocean!!! Several mornings I heard seals barking, and saw deer almost daily. It's close enough to walk to Fiscalini Ranch, about a mile, but it's mostly uphill coming home. It's very comfortable and nice, but there were a few issues. The information given to us about the WiFi was incorrect, but you can find the correct info on the Router downstairs in the Master Bedroom. Also, some of the appliances were too dirty and disgusting to use, but after washing/scrubing them thoroughly, we were able to use them. Only the living room, kitchen, and one bath are on the main floor, so if anyone has mobility challenges, this house is NOT for them. Both bedrooms are downstairs and the fold-out sofa is upstairs. Also, while it is pet friendly, there is no enclosed area. The house is nice despite the spider webs on the windows, the need for a new paint job, and the stains and tear in the carpet going down stairs. I really appreciated using the garage, and the ocean views are tremendous!! Word of caution. It took over a month to get my security deposit back, but Breen (the booking agency) was very good about communication. I would recommend this house mainly because of the expansive, calming ocean views (no surf to speak of, just gentle lapping of the water) and central location providing easy access to beaches, wineries, Hearst Castle, Big Sur/Carmel, etc.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for your 4 out of 5 star rating. We have scheduled interior painting and carpeting for early 2017 and will attempt to move that date closer. In addition - we are updating our bathroom. As for appliances unclean and spider webs (ugh) we tried a different cleaning company but will return to the very acceptable one we previously used. Hopefully you can see from other reviews - we take pride in our lovely home so that guests can enjoy it in comfort.

Beautiful views with some minor issues

The house is very nice and spacious, and the views are even more impressive than in the photos. We are subtracting one star due to the following issues: (1) The property manager said they sent us an email 2 months prior to the rental date, but we never received it and never received a follow-up reminder prior to check-in. Three days before check-in, we tried repeatedly to reach the owner without a response. Finally we got through and received our check-in instructions, but it was a stressful process. Once we connected, the property managers were very helpful and accommodating. (2) The house was well equipped in most respects, but there was no shampoo and only tiny bath soaps. (3) The microwave and range were so complicated you just about needed a doctorate degree to operate them!

Fantastic Views!

This house in a very quiet neighborhood is amazing with it’s fantastic views of the ocean from just about every room. Nice, clean, and very comfortable! We appreciated how complete the kitchen was with all the gadgets you can think of. Short and easy walk to the trails, ten minute drive to downtown for dining and shopping. Would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Amazing views and location!

This property was located close to hiking trails and less than a mile from the beach! Stunning views and the sound of the waves made this a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway.

Delightful

We stayed at this property for 6 weeks this summer and enjoyed it very much. The house sits on a hill overlooking the ocean. There is a spectacular view from every room (except bathrooms!j. The house is very comfortable, well laid out and clean. The homeowner was very accommodating. Cambria is a fun little town. I recommend it.

Amazing property with panoramic views.

Thank you for sharing this incredible property on VRBO. The views are breathtaking. We walked to Fuscalini Ranch Preserve daily. Cambria is so lovely but we didn't even want to leave the house. The house is located in such a way, you can see the ocean every way you walk and turn. This is definitely a favorite property!

Spectacular ocean views

Our stay in Cambria was a dual celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary and our being fully vaccinated against covid. We very much enjoyed this home aptly described with spectacular ocean views, rooms bathed in natural light, comfortable furniture, well equiped kitchen. A few nice art pieces add interest to the home. Communication with BREEN Properties and owner Peggy Lessinger went smoothly. The oven had just broken down before our arrival and they were concerned about our needs. It was not an issue as we were actually eager to take a break from home cooking and sample the area's restaurants. Nevertheless, a toaster-oven had been ordered and was delivered the next day. We appreciated this considerate attention. We would love to stay again in this home in the future. Thank you!
