Nestled between the Cabinet Mountains and the Kootenai River, this western Montana luxury vacation rental has it all. Luxury bedding, brand new furnishings, AC/Heat in every room, WiFi, BBQ, board games, kids toys, and 4 HD TVs with Netflix, Hulu and a private library with over 500 movies.

Our home is private and secluded with every modern amenity including a state of the art kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, we are also just 5 minutes from downtown Troy, where you can eat at one of the local restaurants, buy a new fly at the angler shop, bowl a few frames, or visit the art gallery. We are also just a few minutes from the Kootenai suspension bridge, epicly beautiful trails, and billions of acres of public access land with some of the best boating, skiing, golfing, hiking and outdoor activities around. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub, read a book by the wood stove, or roast s'mores by the firepit with a view of the stars over the river. Welcome to Montana.

House was beautiful and perfect for our family. Everyone had their own room and space to spread out. The house was stocked with plenty of items for the kitchen and tons of games and books. We really enjoyed the fire lit outside and the hot tub. Such a beautiful house and we had a great time!

Wonderful Riverfront Getaway!

This property was awesome! Very well equipped kitchen ie spices, utensils, pots pans anything you may need. Large rooms, extra blankets even wood for fires! View was amazing & just a short walk down the path to the river with a deck & chairs. Owners were very helpful & responsive! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful family vacation

We greatly enjoyed having our individual spaces and also being able to all eat dinner together inside and outside. The fire pit for smores, the hot tub for relaxing, the short hike to the river were all wonderful benefits to a near perfect home. Absolutely wonderful location near Troy, MT... we went hiking to Kootenai river water falls, hiking in the ancient cedar forest and the drive there and back was gorgeous, disc golfing at Timberbeast, and the Friday market in town.

So much to do, so much to see 🏞️

Very quiet and peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day. Woke up to deer feeding in the yard every morning before heading out to explored the mountains of Montana. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Shamir is someone who comes across as a friend even though you never met him. I highly recommend this home for a great family vacation ♥️

Great property for kids and infants! Excellent location. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and condiments. Great view of the river and surrounding mountains. Super clean. Very comfortable beds. Perfectly Beautiful for Family Time and Friends! Beautiful Deer everywhere with lots of playful goffers along with plenty of bird watching. We used fire pit quite a bit roasting marshmallows making s’mores unfortunately we did not get a lot of use of hot tub because us a little to cold out for us Floridians! Lol!

Perfect Property for Family Get Togethers

We rented this riverfront property for a Family Birthday celebration. Three of us have birthdays within a 4-day period. The house is perfect, well maintained with lots of room and in a great location. The three levels worked great for us - full suite downstairs, Wonderful en-suite room on the main floor and two rooms and full bath upstairs. The kitchen works great and there are plenty of board/card games for family fun. Our Grand kids loved the arcade games downstairs, playing in the big yard, spotting deer and making smores around the fire at night. We also arranged a float trip down the Kootenai River that left from the park in town - Just a short drive down River Road to the one lane bridge across the river. I highly recommend this property and will certainly stay again when we're in the area.

Modern and spacious

This property was beautiful and had a lot of areas to gather. There was a living room on the main floor and the downstairs there were two sitting areas and one had a TV. The upstairs had a small desk in the hall where you could read or do some computer work. There was a covered deck off the kitchen with a table with 6 chairs and there was another 4 chairs grouped together to gather. There are several chairs on the front porch and a fire pit out back and near the River there is a beautiful deck with railings and 4 chairs. There is also a small hot tub after you get wet in the River or do a float down from the Troy campground. The bathrooms were stocked and roomy and each bedroom had its own air conditioning unit. It was perfect comfort. I highly recommend this property for big families. The property is newer, beautifully decorated and well maintained and best of all — everything works.

Home Facilitated a very nice Vacation

I loved the layout of the home. The main level had living and master room for my husband and I. Our teenagers took the upstairs rooms which they loved and our younger kids took the downstairs. There were two fun video game machines down there, a tv area, the bedrooms and the hot tub access that we used often. Everyone seemed to want to congregate together on the main floor. This home was comfortable, clean and offered most everything necessary. For the price I thought it was great! I’ve stayed at higher end places with better quality furnishings and accessories, but considering I didn’t pay top dollar everything worked as I needed it to! The river was viewable from the top deck and a lovely mountain scene that was relaxing for getting work done in the mornings. More comfortable seating up there would have been nice, but below the deck has seating that’s more comfortable. Lots of seating/gathering places! We didn’t use the river as it was wide and fast flowing, but there was a nice deck and seating area by the river we did enjoy one evening. There was also a fun park down river road across the bridge in Troy with a splash pad for the kids. Location was good for a peaceful getaway. We drove a lot. Eating in Bonners Bay, shopping in Sandpoint and going to Silverwood, but we were ok with that. The Troy grocery store was fine for supplies and very close. Beds were comfortable and fridge was great!

Four day weekend in October

The property was beautiful. The hosts were excellent. Stunning views. Well-equipped house. Incredibly comfortable beds. Great view of the river. Kitchen was amazing. What we really appreciated is that there were condiments available and spices – a perk that we don’t often see in VRBO homes. I cannot recommend this highly enough. You will never regret staying here! Simply lovely!

Perfect getaway

We Will Be Back.

Our family of six had a blast here. This home is impeccable and using it as a hub for all the surrounding areas and activities was perfect. Diana and Shamir were the best hosts that communicated immediately when we had questions. They did a great job on their remodel and the grounds were a paradise as described. The riverfront property did not disappoint. As the title mentions we will be back… not sure what better compliment I can give then that.
