The Pacific Monarch check in is very simple, as our system send out the emails regarding how to proceed when you arrive at the property. The two key cards are provided by the front desk. Our apologies if you had to purchase one, but that is not the way is supposed to be. The key cards as explained on the pre-arrival instructions, gives you access to the elevator and other common areas in the building. To enter the unit, the door has a 4 digits code provided by Midway Vacations. The hallway renovations is disclosed on the listing text. Our sincerely apologies for any inconvenience you faced during your stay. Our team is reachable anytime by email, text msg and phone call when guests have any issues.
