**Please note that this complex will be undergoing construction until May 2026. The indoor pool will also be closed from late October 2025 through mid-January 2026. During this time period workers may be seen or heard.**

Sundestin is located in the heart of Destin near shopping, dining and family fun at the nearby Big Kahuna's and The Track amusement center. The Destin Harbor is to the west of Sundestin and is where you will find the world's luckiest fishing village fleet of charter boats, dining and beautiful sunsets.

The beach is absolutely beautiful view of the gulf, clear water and skys this weekend. I will say the check in peocess was easy to navigate and commication was easy. Although it is an older unit, they are doing construction in the building that is load and messy, several walls innunit had chipping pain and pain cans were in the unit closets. We had a problem the AC did not work when we first got there, reports the 1st time at 642am, then called at 2pm and finally got a work order. The unit manager was nice and came to change the batteries in the panel amd then the air worked fine.... check out was easy ... overall it was ok for a quick 2 day trip

Condo was clean, roomy and very nice. Everything we needed. One suggestion: change out the dead bolt on door. It was rather touchy and didn't totally seal the door. Other than than we would highly recommend.

We really like Sundestin. This condo was well kept and love the view but the cleanliness left something to be desired. There was a hair in the tub, rusty knives, but the worst part was the used tampon applicator in the bathroom. There is nothing wrong with the condo, the cleaning staff just need to take more care.

July Stay

I didn't realize when booking that this was not directly with SunDestin it was through a secondary company. We weren't able to do early check in because we missed the deadline of early check in but thankfully SunDestin allowed us to use the pool and bathrooms until we could get into our room. There was a leaky sink and the maintenance wasn't allowed to come in and fix it. There is mold on the ceiling in the shower that SunDestin was not allowed to help us with. Next time we visit we will be sure to book directly through SunDestin so we do not run into issues again.

The room was not nice at all! I have stayed here many times and this is the first time with Vrbo! The kitchen sink dripped all the time, the bathroom sinks did not drain, there were no instructions on the tvs with many remotes! I did speak with someone from Vrbo and they did try to get someone up to our unit but one of our guest was sick so we declined! I feel like the money we paid for this unit was way over priced and I will go directly to the property next time!

Our location at Sundestin was perfect! The view was awesome! The condo was very clean with plenty of towels. There was a slight musty smell but it was not off-setting. We loved our stay!

We come to Destin every year and this was the 1st time staying in this unit. I was a little disappointed because there seemed to be some black stuff growing in the bathroom. The bathroom. The furniture would looked brand new in the living room which was really nice. The deck was wonderful. Had an issue with the toilet but called and they came out A-day and a 1/2 later and fixed it. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Nice stay

As far as the room everything was as expected according to the description. Destin and the beach is of course beautiful and worth the trip! The only thing about this building that I did not like is the ac unit is on the balcony of each condo. I've stayed in a dozen different buildings at the beach and this was the first where the units were on the balcony. The noise and heat from it make it unpleasant to sit on the balcony but of course you can turn it off while out there.
