There is high speed wifi and 42" internet-connected HDTV with cable. The fully equipped, open plan kitchen with lots of counter space for cooking and serving; a dining area with room for 6 guests; laundry facilities and a half bathroom are also on this level. The spacious deck is great for relaxing in the sun or grilling on the gas BBQ (available in summer), and it faces a beautiful meadow where you may even see some local wildlife! The deck faces westward, for views of stunning sunsets or stargazing.
All 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The main bedroom offers a plush California King bed and fantastic view of the serene meadow behind the condo. Second bedroom has a Queen bed; third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you comfy and room-darkening curtains so you can sleep in as late as you want! Full bathroom with walk-in shower is in the hall between the bedrooms. A cute reading nook sits in the hallway, adjacent to the stairs.

The Lake Forest boat launch is just around the corner for our summer guests. In the winter, a short drive gets you to the Tahoe Nordic Center for cross-country skiing or Alpine Meadows / Palisades, NorthStar and Homewood Mountain Resort for downhill skiing / boarding adventures.

- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Parking is limited to 4 spaces, and street parking is prohibited year-round.
