Mayan Princess 304 is a stunning two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo located on the third floor of the Mayan Princess Resort, a beachfront oasis in the heart of Mustang Island. This spacious split-level condo offers panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and convenient access to the elevators and all of the resort's amenities. Walk just minutes to the beach via a dedicated boardwalk, lounge in the 12 person hot tub, or soak up the sun in three tropical pools. Enjoy other amenities during your stay, including indoor ping pong, sand or water volleyball. Settle into this bright spacious living area, detailed with a pull out queen bed, love seat, occasional chair and mix of beachy decor. Watch cable TV on the wall mounted 55” television or head out on the balcony to soak in the Gulf sun. The signature feature of Mayan Princess is a glass window wall with a sliding glass door to the balcony, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor flow and spectacular ocean views.

Kitchen & Dining

A kitchen for those on the run or well planned meals. Mayan Princess 304 is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, glass cook top stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen is nicely coordinated with updated cabinets, Corian counters, tumbled stone back splash. The large snack area is suited for a serving station when your culinary creations are complete; dine at the table set for four.

Primary En-suite

Upstairs, the carpeted staircase is your path to a tranquil master en-suite bedroom complete with a large walk in shower and large vanity. The space features a private wall of windows and balcony from the primary bedroom. Watch the morning sunrise from the comfort of your king size bed.
