This property is in a great midtown location with easy access to and from Route 90. Head north three miles to Delaware for a day of tax-free shopping. Just a little over three miles south, have a blast at the Jolly Roger Amusement Park for rides, go-karts, and mini-golf, and explore the famous Ocean City Boardwalk that runs from 27th Street all the way south to the inlet. Charter a deep sea fishing excursion, take a surfing lesson, or see the sights from above via parasail! And if you need a break from the crowds, visit Assateague State Park to view the wild horses.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
