The space:
Only guests who are paid for are allowed to occupy the property. Parking on the property is free. No smoking inside the home. No pets or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet time after 10pm .

When going out for the day or for long hours please turn of all ACs, Ceiling Fans, Portable Heaters and Lights in all rooms and all other provided electrical and electronic equipment. If going out in the late evening or night for not more than 2 hours one light left on inside the home is permitted. The Outdoor has automatic sensor lights provided in the front and back entrances of the home.
Please do not remove any indoor furniture and take them outdoors.
Multiple Trash Cans are provided for disposal of garbage inside the home and a Main Trash Collector is on the outside, so please do not leave trash lying loosely inside the home and outside the property.

Guest access:
Entire house (2 bedrooms. lounge, dining area, kitchen and bathroom).
Garage access not included.
