I even went to the trouble of delivering my own waffle maker for your family to use, as this isn't an appliance we typically have at Wisteria Swim Club. Putting used linens in hampers and taking out garbage are not atypical check-out duties at short-term rentals. I'm sorry if having you wash towels made you feel like you weren't on vacation. We provide the use of our washer and dyer, along with all laundry necessities, for guests to use as they wish during their stays. We also provide many towels for your use. In exchange, just ask towels are washed and dried. This policy is disclosed in the house manual, which we emailed to you before your stay. We also reminded you about it with our check-out check-list the day before your departure.
