Owner supplies towels, linens and blankets. There are plenty of parking spaces. Home sits on a very wide and deep wooded lot.
A short walk across Longbridge Road and down a wooded path gives you access to Pentwater Lake complete with a deck and seawall.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday, a minimum of 7 nights, with shorter stays of 3 nights available in the Spring and Fall.
The quaint village of Pentwater is a short 3 miles drive for dining and shopping. Take a picnic basket over to the Charles Mears State Park, enjoy its clean sandy beach for fun on the shore. Over a thousand acres of State land is within walking distance. Enjoy strolling on both the South and North Channel pier and fabulous sunsets. Don't forget to bring your fishing poles for fishing off the piers and the Pentwater Lake public access.
To the South approximately 9 miles is the Silver Lake Dunes area where there is an array of attractions such as Mac Woods Dune Rides, zip line, roller coaster and go carts; dune buggy, Jeep, ATV, jet ski rentals on Silver Lake.
The larger city of Ludington is 15 miles to the North for more dining and shopping.
There are plenty of Lake Michigan fishing charters to choose from. If you bring your own boat, the 500 acre Pentwater Lake has plenty of fish for catching.

The weekly rate includes rent and cleaning. An additional 6% MI Use Tax will be collected. In addition, a $500 damage deposit will be collected if determined by property manager.
