Clean, Comfortable and Convenient Location

This property was all we needed while visiting PF over the weekend with the grandkids. It was clean and comfortable and the condo location was convenient to the pool and office. The front desk was a true pleasure. Would stay again. The only negative is being on the ground floor with having people running and scooting furniture above you late at night and early in the morning.

Whispering Pines 213

We’ve stayed at WP numerous times with friends. Always neat & clean. We’ve never stayed in really cold weather. This time weather was cold. Bedroom on parkway side was very cold. Some of plug ins didn’t work. Commode in guest room ran alot, to the point we had to take the back off of it to get it to stop. All in all it was a great time.

We love staying at Whispering Pines! This was our third time there. The location is great, it’s spacious and very clean. There were just a few problems. The first was the toilet in the guest bath. The tank would not fill with water which caused it not to flush. The first day, we carried pitchers of water from the kitchen to fill the tank to flush it. The next day maintenance came out and fixed it. Unfortunately, the toilet in the master bedroom then began to trickle water into the toilet constantly and then about every 5 minutes there would be a very loud swooshing sound. This would go on for about 30 minutes every time it was flushed. It eventually stopped until the last night we were there. It started again around 10 pm and continued throughout the night which made it very hard to sleep even with the door shut. One other thing was that the lamp in the living room didn’t work, or so I thought. Upon further inspection I found that it was unplugged. I was going to plug it in behind the couch and noticed that the plug cover was missing and it looked very dangerous to touch. I decided to just leave it unplugged. Other than that, we had a great time and will be staying at Whispering Pines again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay at Whispering Pines when visiting Pigeon Forge. We found WP213 very clean and comfortable. The only problems we encountered were with the guest bathroom sink water faucet. It would constantly flow on the cold setting unless you pulled the setting slightly forward. It was not that troublesome once we found out how to stop the water from flowing from it. Also, there is a gap in the blinds in the guest bedroom (left side). We ended up putting up a towel to use as a curtain over the gap for privacy purposes. I would also recommend getting new frying pans for the kitchen. Overall, WP213 is a very nice, clean condo, and with it being on ground floor made it very easy to take luggage in/out (no elevator needed). Granddaughter loved being able to swim in the inside pool while the weather was so cold.

It was just a drain outside that they had cleaned before our arrival. Upon inspection I was absolutely taken aback by how clean the place was. There wasn’t even a speck of dust! The linens were spotless as well! Staff was super friendly and very helpful! The day of check out we were given a late check out because my son had gotten sick through the night. I believe the gentleman’s name was Bek and I had spoken to him before our arrival and he was so helpful even then! I also spoke to Wesley as well and he was also very helpful! We will definitely be back!!
