PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Great large group home

spacious home with excellent kitchen. Only suggestion is is that a rice cooker would be added as the instapot does not cook rice very well. A safety bar in the master bathtub would be helpful. Recommend this home to all.

Beautiful week in Kauai

This property was a perfect fit for our family! We had two oldies (grandmas) the one level (minus the on step to the master suites) made it so easy for them to get around! It was equipped with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you’d need. Living space was perfect for the littles to play, the teens to play cards and hang until early in the AM. The location was perfect to the north shore beaches and shops! Thanks for letting us feel like home during our stay in Kauai!

Perfect Place

My family with 4 adults and 4 children (ages 7-14) loved our stay at The Palm House. We didn't want to leave. It had everything we needed and was in an amazing location. The garage had boogie boards, a couple of surf boards and beach chairs for us. Communication was excellent with the management company. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. I miss drinking my morning coffee on the front porch with the incredible view. It really was a perfect place for us.

Palms house review

The Palms house was wonderful!! The home is beautiful, spacious, and has a gorgeous view off the front porch! It easily accommodated 9 adults and 2 children!! The check in process was smooth and the management was great!! They were easily accessible and communicated quickly and clearly!! Would highly recommend and stay again!!

If you're reading reviews to decide whether or not to stay here, I recommend you choose to do so. We stayed in February of 2023 for a 50th Birthday party. We had a total of 11 people staying in the house and there was plenty of space, beds, and bathrooms etc. The house is beautiful and in a spectacular location. Rooms were clean, beds were very nice, there were more than enough linens and way more than enough towels for both home use and the beach. The kitchen has all you need to make wonderful big party meals. My nitpicking would be the following: Expensive (but what isn't nowadays?), there is beach gear available and we did use it but the chairs are kind of old and the umbrellas were no match for the wind at the beach. The gas stovetop may need some maintenance, does not light right up so does that thing where the fire poofs out with extra gas in the air. I've never been in HI and not dealt with some bugs but some in our party complained about the little ants and fruit flies. A hot tub should would fit nicely on the back porch ;o). We had a great experience at The Palms House and would stay again if another big family reunion pops up for us. Thanks to the Parrish team.
