We’re excited to host you! Please take a moment to review these simple rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

🐾 Pet-Friendly:

Pets are welcome! Please message us with a little info about your pet(s) before your stay.

Pets must be crated if left alone in the home. Don’t have a crate? We can provide one upon request (we have two available across our homes, so please request before check-in).

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture to keep the space fresh for all guests.

Pet fee: $90 for one pet.

We may allow two small pets with prior approval. If approved, an additional pet fee and refundable deposit will apply.

🤫 Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM – 8 AM.

🚭 No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted.

👥 Guests: No extra guests without the host’s approval.

👶 Little Ones: We offer a pack and play upon request—please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for you!
