With direct access to Kingdom Trails, a 7 minute ride to the base of Burke Mountain Resort and a short drive to nearby Crystal Lake or Lake Willoughby, the home is ideally located for all of your recreational desires. From alpine skiing, XC skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling and fat tire biking in the winter, to mountain biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, fishing and nature walks in the summer- and everything in between- this home is located in the heart of it all.
