This villa full of serenity will allow you to be THE ideal anchor point for your holidays.

You will be able to admire the magnificent landscapes of the hinterland of Cannes, offering an unparalleled sea/mountain duality.

On the land side, the villa is located in Magagnosc, a district of Grasse: you will surely give in to the desire to discover the world capital of perfumes: its international museum of perfumery, its historical perfumers and all the typicality of a Provencal village!! You can also discover other typical Provençal perched villages such as Gourdon, Mougins, Saint Paul de Vence ....
For nature lovers, the Pré-Alpes d'Azur are located about 20 minutes by car with a diversified and protected fauna and flora, allowing long soothing walks.

On the sea side, you can easily access the Cannes or Antiboises beaches (less than 30 minutes by car) and enjoy the warmth of the Mediterranean.


After these days of discovery or idleness, you can finally enjoy your beautiful private swimming pool (10mX5m) heated during spring and fall , without any opposite except the magnificent landscapes of the region.
It is important to note that the swimming pool is secure, with in particular safety barriers, which, if they do not replace adult supervision, allow you to enjoy these moments of rest serenely.

The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (i.e. 4 beds) for children. Note that all rooms are air-conditioned.
You will have an equipped kitchen area, a living/dining room with a large bay window allowing you to take advantage of the exceptional view.

You can take your meals outside (Gas BBQ available) , with tables and chairs on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool, part of which is fully sheltered for those most sensitive to the sun's rays!!

The villa is at the end of a dead end, you can park 2 to 3 cars there.
For a comfortable stay, it is strongly recommended to have a car for your travels.

The villa is managed by a local agency, guaranteed availability and possible additional services on request (change of linen, intermediate cleaning, etc.)
