This is a newly renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is located within walking distance of historic downtown Columbia.

The home is located in a diverse neighborhood with a rich African American history. The property is east of the downtown square on Glade Street. We are about 30 minutes from Franklin, 45 minutes to Nashville.

We are thrilled to open our doors to all people, regardless of their background, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.

Perfect house for my husband and I and our two kids. Super spacious. Our kids each got their own room. Honestly nothing bad to say, and walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay again when we are in Columbia.

Weekend stay

I stayed at Molly place while attending my granny’s funeral. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. The home was very spacious and comfortable for my family during such an emotional time. Check-in was smooth and easy, and Molly was a wonderful host. Thank you for providing a great space for us when we needed it most.

This was the perfect place for us, including the location. The house was very well put together and I liked the fact there were 3 separate bedrooms with beds adults could sleep in which were comfortable. It was very clean and neat and had everything we needed.

Very Modern, Quaint Abode

This was a short stay but the house provided what we needed for our long weekend. The neighborhood was not appealing but quiet. It was in walking distance of the town square which shows the deep culture of the town.

The property was in good condition, the house was in the industrial area of town, there was a church on the corner, not with any other homes though. The house was well kept, cute decor and had all the items in the kitchen that would be needed. Home owners were quick to respond to questions.

The home was fine but the location was very poor

When I say poor location I mean poor Actually had homeless people walking around it’s not right that the owners wouldn’t give a address until 2 days before arriving I had family in town if I had known where we would be I never would have booked the house The sad news is it’s a nice house But for two senior’s it was a very poor location The door had dent’s the door frame was broken It appears as if someone tried to brake in at some point We just didn’t feel safe

Thank you for your feedback. We are always to looking to improve the home. We have had many families stay at the property and have enjoyed the location close to the Columbia downtown square. The comment around homeless people is a bit discriminatory. The home is 3 blocks from the Columbia Square and the people walking in the area have lived in that community for a long time. The address is shared in an automatic message along with the door code 48 hours prior to the arrival. You can also see the 3-4 block radius of the property before a person books. My husband did the renovation himself and the door was dented during this process. Since you have provided us this feedback, we have replaced the door.

I am not one to complain but each little thing that we saw and led to not being able to shower due to sewage backing up in the toilet and shower has made me want to give the list of every little thing we were willing to overlook. Complaints:1. Moldy filter in coffee pot2. My husband fell through back rotten step3. No toilet paper or hand soap had to go buy it4. Trash can in bathroom full with no liner 5. Cob webs outside kitchen window6. Floorboards uneven and went up and down when you walked on them. 7. Beds were not comfortable8. The Last night was the sewer backup and we could not shower. Had to clean the floor so we could at least use the toilet that night. Positives1. Rotor Rooter Shane came within an hour and unclogged the outside clean outs and pulled out lots of tree roots so shouldn’t plug up for a while. 2. The fridge worked3. There were plates, silverware and spices4. There was paper towels we could use for toilet paper…that we also threw in the full trash can.
Back step my husband broke fell through.
Toilet that overflowed while I was washing clothes. No one had used the toilet to make it overflow.
Cob webs on the outside.
Moldy filter in the coffee pot.

Thank you for the feedback about the supplies missing. I wish that we had known during your stay because we would have brought the items to you immediately. We had a new cleaning person before you came and they were not hired back after your feedback. The issue with the drain and pipe was corrected during your stay and we refunded you for the night that this occurred. As you know, it was a tree root that had grown through the pipe. It was nothing other than that. You spoke with the repair team and they shared this with you directly. We have noted the issue with the side steps. The side steps are not an entry or exit door and we did not know someone would be on them. We have corrected the issue.

Just right in a great location

This was SO much better than staying in a hotel. Communication was great and the host worked with us to make our last minute trip work. Columbia square is within walking distance and has gone through a complete transformation. Great restaurants and shops and the property is centrally located making it easy to get anywhere around Columbia really easy.

Awesome decor

We stayed 1 night on our way to Florida from Ohio. This was a perfect stop on the way. Modern decor was very stylish. The bathroom is beautiful. Walking distance to cute downtown area. It was a bit noisy at night, but this is to be expected with any place in a city.
