Welcome to my apartment!

The property is 64 sqm and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The living room is a pleasant stay with a comfy sofa where you can relax after a long day in the city. The adjacent dining table is perfect for hosting a family dinner.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave. There is a washing and dryer machine if you need to do the laundry.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king bed, and the second has a convertible sofa bed and a baby crib. The beds are made of complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Montrouge is a charming commune located in the southern suburbs of Paris. It is home to several beautiful parks, including the lovely Parc Montsouris. This park is a great place to relax and enjoy nature, and it also features many attractions, including a lake, a children's playground, and a cafe. In addition, there are some lovely squares in Montrouge, including the Court du Serment-de-Koufra and the Square du Chanoine-Viollet. The Catholic Church of the Sacred Heart in Gentilly is also worth visiting. The area has several excellent restaurants and cafes, including Au Timbre Poste and Bistro Le Physalis. Finally, Montrouge is well served by public transport, with metro stations Mairie de Montrouge and Barbara within easy walking distance.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Barbara station (line 4), is 7 minutes away.

Paris-Orly Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
