Gorgeous, comfortable VRBO

Lovely, lightly nautical themed 1 bedroom, 1 bath with breakfast nook and walk-in closet. Very comfortable bed. Really enjoyed the stay in such peaceful, serene surroundings.

Incredibly disappointed. Listing stated hot tub. Clearly no hot tub. You oddly walk into a bedroom in what feels like a livingroom only to find what should be a bedroom is an odd coffee pot room. You have no access to the thermostat (it is in the main house) we were hot all night and when we attempted to open a window found the screen was not attached. Spend a little more and your trip will be better.

A great no-frills, clean and quiet apartment adjacent to a home in low-traffic suburban neighborhood. Very close to food, shops, Winter Park, and Orlando.

Second time we stay here. Very close to our daughter's house. Nice neighborhood. Very comfortable for my husband and I. Just needs a little touch up.

March visit

this was a perfect place for our visit to Winter Park. No issues, other than the adjoining property controls the thermostat. It got a little warm for us at times. The ceiling fan was helpful.

We liked the cosiness of the apt. It was close to everything we wanted to do and see, not walkable but by car. Nice area and enjoyed having coffee maker, microwave, and fridge available.

When the host was home, you could hear them through the walls. We couldn’t flush toilet paper down the toilet, there was a note to put them in the bin next to the toilet. Check in took an extra hour and a half and we didn’t get any communication until we messaged her and got a reply about 10 minutes before check in time. Tv could be easier to use. Didn’t have paper/plastic utensils or plates/bowls. No cups other than coffee mugs. Only 1 small bottle of water in fridge, also floor wasn’t swept well dirt was easily picked up under foot. Instructions could be typed out and stuck on a wall instead of a small hand written note.

Fine for the price

The accommodations were okay, but the floors had not been swept or mopped in quite a while. The walls really are very thin. I got unlucky with disruptive guests in the other unit. Bring earplugs.
