The Space:
This beautiful home provides an abundance of room for relaxation with its grand selection of beds! On the main level, guests can choose from a King-sized bed and a twin daybed trundle in the master bedroom or opt for a Queen-size bed plus sleeper futon across the hall. The living area offers even more plush amenities - two Queen-size sleepers sofas are perfect to sprawl out on after dinner.


Take your stay to the next level - literally! Ascend upstairs and find yourself in a beautifully appointed abode, featuring three king-size bedrooms; each with luxury linens. Greeting you at the stairwell's end is one bedroom offering private bath facilities as well as two more serviced by jack & jill style convenience. 

For an added dose of entertainment head down for fun times galore! Here you'll be greeted by another fully equipped kitchen filled with all major appliances and essential dishware essentials sure to satisfy even those after hours snackers in tow. But don't stop there - off through it lies game room brimming over jam packed adventure ready activities such as a full size pool table, arcade games ranging from classic favorites up through modern wonders plus plenty of other surprises just waiting within this entertaining paradise!

Come have a blast in the brand-new state of the art theater room with reclining chairs and an enormous 120” screen complete with Apple TV - all surrounded by windows you can control for any type of viewing! But that's not all: outside, your family is sure to love gathering around their heated saltwater pool or 7-person hot tub. Get competitive playing horseshoes, volleyball or tetherball then reward yourselves at one of several outdoor cabana cooking areas featuring professional grills perfect for dining alfresco. Guest Access:
1.Self check in. Door code will be activated exactly at check in time.
2.Guests have access to the Main House (6 bedrooms) and the Mother-in-Law suite (2 bedrooms). The main house garage doors stay locked at all times.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located just 9 minutes away from the famous Silver Dollar City Amusement Park. The main strip is only 20 minutes away! We can almost guarantee once you arrive you won't want to leave! We have a wonderful volleyball court, tether ball, horseshoe, hot tub, grill, oversized outdoor pool, bean bag toss, etc...

Getting Around:
Plenty of Private parking for you and all your guests at the Estate. Driveway will hold up to roughly 15 cars

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT POOL FYI: The pool is seasonally available; we close it from October to April.Only the hot tub is available for guests to use year-round.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Vacation Fun Times requires guests to review and sign our rental agreement in order for us to process guest access to the property.

EARLY CHECK IN: Please make sure to advise us at least 24 hours before check in if you will be arriving earlier than our standard 4 PM check in time. Please note that this is subject to availability and confirmation from our cleaning team so we'd appreciate it if we're given a heads up.
