Panorama is a thoughtfully reimagined midcentury residence located within the iconic Firebird Estates — a private, gated enclave of just 30 architecturally significant homes completed in 1964.

The home’s original midcentury framework has been preserved and reinterpreted, guided by design cues that reflect the rhythms and optimism of midcentury modern living. Clean architectural lines, open sightlines and walls of glass remain central, while bold color, expressive materials and modern comfort bring the residence fully into the present.

Rather than treating midcentury modernism as nostalgia, Panorama presents it as a lived experience — relaxed, expressive and connected to the Palm Springs landscape.

An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area anchors the home, framed by walls of glass that blur the boundary between indoors and out. Furnishings are carefully curated for comfort and visual impact, making the home well suited for extended stays.

The residence features two generously sized bedroom suites, each designed as a private retreat.
