All Docked Out is ready for your next premier lakefront vacation. Our guests love staying with us and so will you. Enjoy the tree lined driveway as you enter the property. Each room is appointed with our guests in mind. The internet is blazing fast with Smart TV's for use with your streaming services. On the main level, the living area, kitchen and deck have serene lake views. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered deck. Cook with a view of the water in the fully stocked kitchen or grill on the patio. The main level has a large bedroom with 2 sets of full over full bunk beds and full bath. Two spacious bedrooms (One King & One Queen) on the second level with shared full bath. The second level also has a large desk for remote working. Partially finished basement that includes full bath and wall mounted TV to enjoy while playing ping pong or foosball. Basement is a 4th sleeping area complete with a comfortable sleeper futon. Maximum occupancy is 8. Saturday to Saturday Weekly Rentals from week after Memorial Day through Labor Day. Cleaning fee includes linens.

The deep water cove (15+ feet at full pond) has a spacious dock with upper lounge deck all accessible from the house via a lighted paver walkway. Swimming and floating is ideal with the clear calm water in the family friendly cove. Relax on the Adirondack chairs in the sun or move to the covered area with a table and chairs. Boat house includes use of refrigerator, SUP and kayak. Life jackets available. (Use all at your own risk)
Boats can be tied up to 24 foot long floating dock.

Full size washer and dryer available for use.

Parking for 3 vehicles at the front door.
Pet friendly for up to 2 dogs.
Linen and Trash Service included in fees.
Flexible Check in and out times in Spring and Fall. Inquire after booking.

The house is walking distance or a quick boat ride to Portside Bar & Grill overlooking the water. Be sure to listen out for the famous SML Ice Cream boat that usually comes by in the evening. Virginia Dare Marina is 3/4 mile to launch your boat for nominal fee ($10 in spring 2022). Boats and Personal watercraft can be rented from local marinas. Additional dining and shopping are a short boat ride or 15-20 minutes by car.

Great property

Ou group of 4 adults and 4 kids stayed for 2 nights. The house was great and the games in the basement were a wonderful source of entertainment for the kids! We didn’t get to spend much time outside at the property since it’s November but the dock looked amazing!

Great Property

We had a great weekend. I wish we could have stayed longer. The game room was great for our kids (and us!). Swimming from the pier was lots of fun and the kayaks were great. The ice cream boat even stopped by!

SML Family Vacation

Our family of five had a great time at All Docked Out on Smith Mountain Lake. The lake house was very comfortable, nicely furnished & decorated and well appointed with quality amenities. The home is located on a quiet cove that was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. The house is also in close proximity to SML State Park and the Virginia Dare Marina. We went on a fishing charter for Striped Bass and rented a deck boat and jet ski during our stay. A great location to experience the lake life!

Very nice quiet cove on the lake. Great neighborhood. Property is beautiful and has wonderful views. Kitchen is supplied with almost everything you would want or need. Will definitely be back.

SML Perfect Getaway

All Docked Out was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The house had everything we needed... even a cast iron skillet! My boys loved fishing from the dock and jumping out in the water. We brought out ski boat and pontoon boat with us and had plenty of room. The house was very clean upon our arrival. We did anticipate a steep grade so my father (who walks with a cane) rented a scooter and he was able to go up and down the hill with ease. We would totally recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy lake life to it's fullest!

Great Vacation

We spent a week for our family vacation and could not have had a better time. The location was amazing and peaceful. The water depth perfect for jumping into the water without touching the bottom. Fun at the Lake

This home is one of the best homes we ever booked. It was well equipped, had plenty of space for both family time together and alone time. Our grandchildren loved swimming, fishing and kayaking in and around the cove. Our host was responsive to all of our inquiries. We made many happy memories there. We are already looking forward to our next adventure there.

Perfect getaway to kick off the summer!!

Perfect amenities to entertain a large family of kids of varying ages. Kitchen was well stocked making it easy to feed everyone and there were so many options of things to do with the kids right in the backyard. Paddle board, kayaks, fishing, foosball, ping pong, the list goes on…. Spacious home with plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again!!!

Wonderful home for family of 6

We thoroughly enjoyed this well-stocked home and dock. The hill gave us a workout but the dock and kayak and paddle board were worth it! The house was very clean and had everything you might need in the kitchen. Communication was great and listing was accurate. Not far from restaurants and grocery. We would stay again!

We came up for a college graduation and my teens had so much fun! They loved the games in the basemen (Foosball, ping pong) and the paddle bord and kayak for the lake. We would definitively recommend this house to other families.

This home is all you really need to stay on SML

One of the easiest stays on SML we have had. Beds made, Linens available, starting amounts of TP and paper towels. Home has 2 fridges. Doggie bags and treats for our dog who stayed was considerate. The cove is quiet and relaxing. The hill the home is located on was fine for our fit family but may be burdensome for others. Lawn needed mowing to minimize bugs too and can opener was dull, but really nitpicking and would be my only real complaints. Would stay with this host again, especially if another location they manage.

Super clean and pet friendly l!

The house is in a perfect location and the dock was very spacious, which allowed our dogs to run and dive with no issues. The house was immaculate, especially for a pet friendly house. In all of our VRBO /AIRBB experiences, this house had the cleanest bathrooms we’ve ever encountered. The downstairs provided lots of things to do at night and on the day it rained. I haven’t played ping pong like that in decades….so much fun. If you have dogs and want a clean and spacious house, this is the one!

2023 Vacation- Relaxation

The house was fantastic! Clean, great set up and includes everything you need. The dock was fantastic in a cove that is a no wake zone. The dock had electricity for charging the boat trolling batteries. Kitchen was well stocked. The basement has a bathroom, laundry and ping pong table, foosball table and arcade game Mortal combat. Most of the house is pet friendly and we all enjoyed our week, relaxing, fishing and just having a great time with family! Thank you for the time well spent!
