Nice, Fun Resort!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay a few weeks ago at this resort. The pools were nice, it was close to the beach, the balconies were great and the two rooms we rented were set up nicely for our group. The photos online were exactly how the rooms looked in person, which is a huge plus. I do have to note however that the rooms were not cleanest, but we brought this up to the resort and accommodations were made promptly. Also one member of the staff around the pool and at the gate for some of the days we were there was also not very kind. I want to stress that this was NOT all of the staff, just the one person. We got in trouble for trying to use the shower by the pool to wash sand off our feet after dark and also were almost not allowed back in for not knowing the code even though we had our parking passes and bracelets on. This being said, we did have a great time and I also appreciated the text messages and emails prior to, during, and after our stay giving us the needed information for our rooms. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation in this area. Side note - Shaggy's restaurant down the road in between Lucy's and The Reef was EXCELLENT!

We are sorry to hear you had an unpleasant encounter with someone on property. If they were working by the pool or around Legacy Tower's property, it would have been an HOA employee, and not someone affiliated with Biloxi Beach. However, our guest's experiences are top priority to us and we will look into this with their staff to see how communication can be improved from them moving forward. I'm glad you felt like you had good communication with our team during your stay. As a side note: We LOVE Shaggy's as well :) It is certainly a local favorite. Cleanliness could be improved. Dirty drawers and sticky counter. TV channel selection pathetic. Weather was cold and impossible to heat two smaller bedrooms even with closing vents in main bedroom.

Great Staycay but too much legalities

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the condo was gorgeous! My problem was that after I paid Airbnb I was then informed of a property management contract around 10 pages that threatened to charge my card for every tiny thing. A/c left on wrong temp, furniture moved, every person entering the condo. It was beyond ridiculous. The stay was meant for my bff and I to relax and meditate so most didn’t apply except there was a balcony chair in a closet which legally couldn’t be moved. All the electronics including lamps were unplugged which you have to move furniture to plug them in. The showers are dreadful. I don’t know why I paid a cleaning fee Bc we had to dust nearly every surface as soon as we arrived. Additionally, the parking garage placed us on its second floor and it has no elevator. Only a scary stairwell which I refused to use. So every time we went to the car we had to walk out the building , across a walkway and two stories uphill. I found that ridiculous. Several of the screen balcony doors are missing full locks and can’t be locked. The contract made me nervous the entire stay. As for positive, the furniture is super comfortable. The kitchen is perfect. Every angle has a water view. The people in the building were super friendly and ordering food and Ubers were easy even with the gate. I would stay again only if the 10 page surprise contract weren’t involved. It’s a beautiful room but the property management contract should be stated before paying and shouldn’t be so strict. It really did ruin my ability to relax

Perfect Spot to Gather

The grandparents had all the grandchildren so the adult parents could have some space. We cooked and gathered in our condo, which worked out best. Lots to do for kids in the area even in December. The indoor pool was a plus as the kids had fun swimming. Nice place to gather with your family.

Reviewer Comments: FANTASTIC, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the only issue we had was we had 3 couples staying in condo and trying to get a 3rd parking pass not easy we called the 1-800 number and every one we asked didn't know anything about where to purchase, guard shack or on the phone so we had to park the 3rd couples vehicle at another location because we no one could direct us in the right direction to pay for an extra parking pass. but other that than the 7 day stay was fantastic and we will stay at the Legacy towers again next year.Thanks
