Our private two-bedroom apartment is located in an excellent spot, adjacent to Loyola University and the Lake, and a short distance from the Red Line. The apartment is situated on a peaceful, tree-lined residential street, only two blocks away from the variety of restaurants and conveniences that Loyola University offers.

Our apartment features comfortable beds with premium linens and ample closet space for privacy and comfort. The air conditioning units are individually controlled for your convenience. The living area has plenty of space for guests to relax on the comfortable sofa and watch the flat-screen TV. The apartment's hardwood floors and modern decor offer a luxurious living experience.

The full bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet, and we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and fluffy towels for your comfort. After a day of exploring the Windy City, a hot shower is the perfect way to relax and recharge. Our fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops, cookware, pans, and utensils. You'll have access to a full-sized fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, making it a perfect place to prepare a home-cooked meal or store leftovers.

Rogers Park is a vibrant, diverse neighborhood located on the far North Side of Chicago. Known for its eclectic mix of residents, architectural landmarks, and stunning views of Lake Michigan, the area boasts an array of restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. From Loyola University's beautiful campus to the Glenwood Avenue Arts District, Rogers Park has something for everyone. The neighborhood is easily accessible via public transportation and offers a unique blend of urban living and community charm.

To get to West Lunt Ave. from O'Hare Airport, you can take the Blue Line towards Forest Park and get off at the Clark/Lake station. From there, transfer to the Red Line towards Howard and get off at the Morse station. Then, walk east on Lunt Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach the destination.

From Midway International Airport, take the Orange Line towards the Loop and get off at the Roosevelt station. From there, transfer to the Red Line towards Howard and get off at the Morse station. Then, walk east on Lunt Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach the destination.

From Downtown Chicago, take the Red Line towards Howard and get off at the Morse station. Then, walk east on Lunt Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach the destination.

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
