Step across the street and enjoy Kamaole Beach Park II, one of Maui’s best swimming and stunning beaches. Revel in the spectacular sunsets or stroll along miles of white sandy beach at “first light.” Kihei Akahi is ideally situated and offers excellent value. This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, a telephone, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep.

* The Kihei Akahi property mandates that all guests occupying condos must empty the AC condensation drip pan on a daily basis to prevent overflows. Please contact Vacasa for additional information.

Great central location and quiet. Unit is well equipped for cooking and all goodies for the beach, chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards, kids toys, small cooler, ice packs, amazing! We booked a holiday for the same unit again for next year!

Comfortable condo in great location!

The location of the condo was great - close to wonderful beaches and handy amenities. The grounds are well managed, and staff were gracious and welcoming. The unit was comfortable and extremely well-stocked with everything needed for a smooth vacation. We had one issue with the bathroom light that was quickly remedied by the Vacasa staff.

The property is great. We had an issue with the household staples that was rectified once we reported that there was one roll of toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towel, 1/4 of a smallContainer of laundry soap and 1/4 container of dishwasher detergent. We were staying for 25 days and felt that they could have been more generous. It was initially stated that it the initial staple amount was “within the contract” until I stated my disagreement with their point of view.

Close to everything

The unit was opposite a swimable beach. Bus stops were in easy walking distance. A variety of restaurants and cafes were close by. The unit was very clean and decorated well. Furnishings were comfortable. Lots of beach toys / floats / boards etc. The linen was crisp and towels fluffy. The fans could be a little stronger to move the air. We didn’t use the air conditioner because the thought of having to drain the outside water didn’t appeal to my laziness :) There was a breeze you could direct through the unit by opening the front door and the balcony doors along with the glass louvres. We were there end of Oct and despite the airing through the early evening by 3-4am the house began warming up. It was particularly noticeable in the bedroom as the air current didn’t quite make it there. The air conditioner might improve this, otherwise in Summer I think it might get stifling. We enjoyed our time here, used the pool which was clean. Would highly recommend this unit.

Vacation 2023 in Kihei, Maui

amazing location Right across the street from Kihei Beach 1,2,3. and walking distance to restaurants and stores. the location says third floor which it’s on but you’re actually only two floors off of ground level, which makes taking the stairs instead of the elevator very easy. The view from the lanai is a beautiful. There is a large green grassy area with lots of birds and trees right off of the lanai. The only downfall to this condo is the lack of central air. I know it’s pretty rare in Kihei condos but the only AC unit they have is a window unit in the living room, which is very old and loud so We didn’t use it. We found it pretty easy to stay comfortable during the day just keeping the windows and doors open. Unfortunately, the bedroom only has one overhead fan and one free standing fan that we did not use because how much noise it makes so it does gets pretty stuffy and Hot well sleep . we were there in November so it’s cooler weather. Other than that I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in Kihei would definitely rent again.

Großes, helles Apartment

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit Balkon mit Blick auf Grünfläche. Parkplatz vorhanden. Zum Strand muss man nur die Hauptstraße überqueren.

Great location with all the essentials

Can't beat the walkability, both to the beach and to town. Nice room but the bathroom is small and the property pool is just okay (no umbrellas!). Fully equipped kitchen and good beach supplies (chairs and umbrella) but the only cooler is a giant camping cooler for a family. So we bought a $7 soft cooler at Ross just right for taking drinks to the beach. We left that there for you. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our time at C315. From the seamless check in, to the variety of amenities in condo, to the location, the great dining options (Fred`s and Mooses`) amazing beach minutes away and the friendly tenants and staff. The condo was packed with beach chairs, snorkel gear, children`s beach toys, beach towels, and any kitchen gadget you can think of. we definitely enjoyed blending our own drinks on vacation. TV and Wifi were great! bed in room was comfortable with the sofa bed being challenging at times, felt springy and was not even to sleep on, this can be easily fixed by switching out.
