Located just a 5-minute drive to the World Equestrian Center, this home offers quick access to the show grounds while providing a comfortable space to unwind at the end of the day.

Inside, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. Both bedrooms include Samsung Smart TVs and ceiling fans for added comfort and entertainment. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and is fully stocked for your stay.

The cozy living room features a reclining leather sofa and side chair — the perfect place to relax after a full day. A Samsung Smart TV and ceiling fan add to the comfort, while a dedicated office desk and chair provide a convenient workspace for remote work or planning the next day’s activities. Fast WiFi makes it easy to stream and stay connected.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, featuring an electric stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig Duo coffee maker, crock pot, and a complete set of cookware, dishes, and essentials. The pass-through counter bar with four stools creates a comfortable and casual dining space.

A stackable washer and dryer are located in the laundry area for added convenience, especially during extended stays or event weekends.

Stay was wonderful! The Beach House was super clean. Worked perfect for us for a stay during a show at WEC. Very close! Great communication. This is a house with two units but we didn’t hear the people staying in the other unit once. You have your own entrance. This place was perfect!

Great experience!

The property was beautifully decorated, comfortable and complete with all the toiletries etc you would need. The neighborhood felt safe. The owners were helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We were participating in horse shows at WEC and the location was ideal for us. Just four minutes drive. We will be back!

This was the perfect location for our stay and was very close and convenient to WEC. Heath was very accommodating and let us check in early. He met us at the house to go over all the details. The house was very clean and was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Since we own and manage the surrounding properties, we are able to maintain consistent standards, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the area.

Because we also own and maintain the surrounding properties in the cul-de-sac, we’re able to provide a well-kept, safe, and thoughtfully managed environment that guests feel confident returning to year after year. Being just minutes away allows us to respond quickly if needed, while always respecting your privacy. Our goal is simple: to provide a consistently clean, comfortable, and professionally managed stay every time.
