Sugar Beach front desk personnel are fantastic!Your condo unit has the best view. We saw sunrise and full moon set accompanied by canoe paddlers. Magical!

the property is in extreme need of renovation . It is not of the norfmal standard for Maui, although the view is great.

The view from the balcony is everything you could ask for. Don’t know that it could be beat. Pullout sofa was old school with the metal bar/springs digging into your back. Bed was not sleepable.

This was our 6th stay at Sugar Beach Resort. The views are fantastic and we enjoy the location. The view and location have not changed but the furniture and amenities were definitely not up to our expectations. Very limited amount of dishes and cook ware in the kitchen. The bed was very very hard. it felt like you were sleeping on a sheet of plywood. We stayed two weeks and about half way through we moved our sleeping to the pullout couch in the living room. REPLACE THE BED!

You’re renting the view

The place is generally well kept. View is amazing. Nice welcome package and Welker grounds. Could benefit from having some general cleaning supplies and at minimum a small cooler would have been nice. Overall though, a nice apartment. What really needs improvement are the bed linen and pillows. Blood stains, dingy, and just generally old and needing replacement. Pillows were flat and old and stained. Gross comforter on the bed.

I highly recommend Sugar beach resort

All experience was great. Having a cooler was great. I wish there was a beach umbrella too. Locking the door by code was very convenient. The pool and the jacuzzi were nice. The kitchen was great.

Very lovely could use a newer mattress and couch pull out mattress. Did not have hot water in shower for a few days but they obtained the part and fixed it. Could use some beach chairs.

Beautiful beach front property, close to all things Kihei has to offer. Full kitchen was nice and access to on site bbq’s, beach chairs and towels also included in the unit was helpful. Whale watching every morning from the unit was a bonus, bring binoculars, as well as turtles on the shore some days. And beautiful sunsets every night from the balcony

Beautiful view of ocean & clean however would not rent again. Sofa uncomfortable, hot water only warm, furnishings cheap, lacked amenities we usually see in VRBO rentals. Would stay at Sugar Beach Resort but not this unit.
