Nestled in the Manistee National Forest, this lake house has a lot to offer. Located on a 180 acre all sport lake, with sunset views from 2 awesome decks, featuring an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, dining and sunning area, with a corn hole court all overlooking the lake. There is a yard to play in and a little secret garden to sit and enjoy the view or read a good book. The house is newly remodeled top to bottom, keeping some of the original as a nod to it’s past. The lower deck provides lots of seating and lounging area from the walk out basement. The upper deck is a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee watching the loons, or an evening sunset with a glass of wine. There are stairs to the lakeshore with a great dock and sunning deck to lounge, swim, or fish off from. There is a convenient outdoor shower located on the lower deck to rinse off after a swim. This is a great place to enjoy with family and friends, swimming, playing, fire pit, wood provided. Short drives away are Ludington, Pentwater, the Silver Lake Sand dunes with all they have to offer on Lake Michigan. There are also trails to explore all over Manistee National Forest.
