Welcome to houses #19 and #20 at the Vue at Green Valley - these 2 homes are situated next door to each other in the Vue at Green Valley townhome community and sleep 48 combined. It's the perfect home base for groups, sports teams, and larger gatherings who want to be close to all the action in St. George. There are a combined 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms that can accommodate 4 people. Both brand new 5 bedroom/5 bathroom three-level townhomes boast stylish open concept floor plans with two balconies and so much to do and see nearby.

Great place to stay!
Really great accommodations for our large group of 16 golfers. Easy to get to. Very clean. Our only issue was the access code was not received and I had to call for it. First one did not work but eventually we got it. Not a huge issue. Just a slight inconvenience. But help was only a call away. Would highly recommend!

Directions are hard to find
The address listed isn’t correct and didn’t take me to the right location, I had to try different names and send messages but eventually we found it. Hopefully they will spell the street name right and maybe put more landmarks that it’s near so it’s easier to find. Other than that it’s a beautiful unit, we used 2 of the units and it was spacious, clean, had what we needed and it was in a beautiful location with view. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall pretty clean. Found some toenail clippings in one of the beds. Several ceiling fans didn’t works as well as four if the mini ac units in each room. They left a portable ac unit downstairs but were unable to fix any of them during our stay. The bad units had codes related to airflow so I looked and found that every single one of the ac units had clogged air filters. I cleaned all of them and they cooled much better and even the “broken ones” began to work. I was frustrated that I was not offered any sort of discount or price break even though I fixed their ac and had the other problems with non functional ceiling fans

Mediocre Accomodations
Problems from the start: We had to get the arranger to email check-in info on the day we were going because online system was incomplete. One of two units was open when we arrived, and its lock never worked correctly; the other unit's lock would not open until we contacted the local (one hour away) representative and got three different access codes over two hours before getting in. There were missing remotes for fans. TV's didn't have any availability without us using our own streaming logins. One unit had no internet, even though it said it did; however, we were able to use our adjacent unit's internet in both units. Information given to us indicated that one car could be in the garage and one in the driveway. Not so--the garage held a ping pong table, a fact we were not informed of. The construction didn't seem very high quality.
There were some good points: The units easily held our group of 24. Children enjoyed the pool and paddleboard courts. Amenities were appreciated. Air conditioning worked well. Personnel we talked to were very nice and tried to help.
All in all, we feel we paid too much for what we got.

We very much value your input on these amazing homes that are brand new in a wonderful new Green Valley resort community called the Vue. Internet has been a bit spotty in one of the homes which disables the lock code from working with our remote locking system. Super frustrating for you, we understand. Imagine how frustrating our whole team feels who work hours in advance of your arrival to ensure all our checklists are checked and rechecked to ensure the hub doesn't go offline. Internet service from the source is a bit frustrating, so we are trying other things to fix it. To accommodate 24 people comfortably which this 2-home combo achieves, and only pay $300 per home per night ($25 per person per night) is an absolute bargain. No hotel in the entire city could accomplish such a bargain. Yet, you receive so many amenities, pool, pickleball courts, and 3 levels of wonderful accommodations. We were very surprised you felt it wasn't a good value. The ping ping table folds up and is on wheels, so no problem simply rolling it to the corner when not in use and parking 1 car in the garage. There is no misleading about this. We disagree the home is not well built and weren't sure what you meant by that. We are glad you were pleased with our team's level of service and appreciated you mentioning the value the amenities provide. Remotes for the fans are there. It is a fantastic property with so much flexibility provided as a result of the homes being next door to each other! For groups it is so wonderful. Especially being right next door to Las Palmas resort and the pools facility. And not to mention the roller rink arena and so many new things they have built here for all ages to have fun. Good value but a few issues
I want to start with the pros: we thought this was a good location, it fit our large reunion and considering how many people we thought it was a good price/ value.
Now the cons: the address did not take us to the location. We had 3 different cars all get lost. Some of them multiple times. After almost an hour we found out the address doesn't work on Google maps only on Apple Maps but that wasn't listed anywhere and not mentioned on the welcome email.
We got in at 430pm and people were still there cleaning.
I found a used bandaid in the shower.
The glass top for the outdoor furniture was missing.
The microwave in one of the units is broken.
One of the ac units on the top floor was broken. We were told someone who come to fix it and they never did our entire stay though I emailed them again to say no one showed. It was very, very hot. The people in that room had to sleep on the couch. In the other house the downstairs ac wasn't working well... that also was hard.
The doors to get in the house seem a little broken it takes about 5 tries on unit 19 to be able to get in and you have to flip the handle up to get it to work. Just several things that need to be handled by management.

Very disappointing
We had two units rented. One unit was OKAY. The other was a DISASTER! When we first arrived, the WiFi was not available in unit # XX (specific unit # deleted at the request of Utah’s Best). The modem/router was in a locked closet. I called Utah's Best and they sent out a maintenance person who could not get it working, and in fact the situation got worse as the TV's then stopped allowing streaming. Utah's Best was called again, but no one ever came out. The thermostats for the majority of heating units in unit XX (specific unit # deleted at the request of Utah’s Best) were in lock-out mode, could not be adjusted, and the units only blew cool air, so the temperatures were unpleasantly cold. The common, outside hot tub was not working (outside temperatures were in the high 30's to high 40's) so maintenance had to fix that. There was no table-top on the patio table for unit XX (specific unit # deleted at the request of Utah’s Best) so that was unusable until I purchased some cheap drywall to cover it so it was temporarily usable. There were only 2-3 rolls (total) of toilet paper for 5 bathrooms in unit XX (specific unit # deleted at the request of Utah’s Best) and maybe enough for one roll each in unit XX (specific unit # deleted at the request of Utah’s Best). There were NO laundry supplies in either unit. The toilet paper holder in the main floor bathroom of unit XX (specific unit # deleted at the request of Utah’s Best) was loose and hanging down so was unusable, but I was able to fix it myself. Finally, because the neighboring complex directly to the east - Worldmark - was repaving, so access to "The XXX" complex (specific complex deleted at the request of Utah’s Best) where we were staying was blocked for three days. Fortunately, I knew of a secondary entrance, but some of our friends and family got lost and were frustrated trying to find us. Too many issues so we will probably not stay again due to the poor "walk-in" or starter condition of the units and the poor response from Utah's Best in resolving the problems after being notified.

Thanks for staying with us Paul. We very much appreciated your comments to help our team improve. These two homes are brand newly built just last year and are wonderful units. With any new development, there are a few snags. Our team inventories each and every consumable product that we put in the home and our quality inspector goes through the home after housekeeping team completes their work to ensure everything is to standard. Each bathroom should have 2-3 rolls of toilet paper, laundry room to have a few small sample detergents to do a few loads. Please note we supply these to get you started and typically, the supply will be plenty for a group for a 3 day stay. The hot tub is the HOA management and they will heat it year-round. WIFI router we have in the closet, and it typically will work just fine, but we will look into how we can make the signal stronger. The patio table is just fine, not sure what you meant by not having a table top. We appreciate your feedback. These two homes are wonderful next to each other in an unbeatable Las Palmas Resort location (arguably the best in St. George). Walking distance to roller rink, pools, and so much more. Having these two homes next to each other offers so much flexibility for groups to have a home base and come and go with ease. Too Many Maintenance Issues
Nice property and newly built . . . but whoever stays there has to deal with far too many cleaning and maintenance items.
1) Dishwasher overflowed due to a severely clogged filter. These are not cleaned by the staff. The slime & mold thickness was unreal and unhealthy. You believe you are sterilizing dishes when you are not. This is a significant health issue. I wish I could upload the photos of the slime.
1b) The BBQs were filthy. These are not cleaned by the staff. The grill surfaces were caked and flamed for several minutes after lighting. We had to scrub both grill surfaces and empty the bottom gunk out of each before we could BBQ fish.
2) Icemaker in the refrigerator did not work. (After complaining, they did deliver 2 bags of ice.)
3) Bathroom towel bars coming off the wall. (The set screws to hold them onto the wall bracket are missing.)
4) The shade covering the balcony door was spooled out onto the floor as was the chain to raise it. We could not use the balcony.
5) The TVs don't work. You can pull up the channel guide but when you select a station nothing happens. There are no instructions on how to operate the TVs.
6) Instructions found in a notebook inside the unit on connecting to the internet did not work. Fortunately, someone penciled-in the ones that did.
7) Missing hairdryers, luggage stands, dishes, and CSA Damage Waiver forms in the guest book. These forms are to list damage and missing items we find inside. That tells me a lot.
8) Our two tennis players tried to play on the provided courts but found them unusable.
9) There's a lot of kitschy stuff about that precludes one from using the counter surfaces. So you have to put the stuff in the closet so you can use the counter surfaces. Then you spend time putting it all back when you leave.
I suggest the owner put more money into cleaning and maintenance, and less into decorations. I would not rent these units again. The owner is not taking regular cleaning and maintenance very seriously.

We had a very nice time and had a bed for everyone. However, one of the condos wasn't ready to move into, the public pool was unusable during our stay.

We really appreciate you staying with us and are sorry you had an issue with the pool usage. The HOA manages that and we were unaware there was a closure. The condo we rushed to prepare on a same day checkout so it took a bit longer. -GM, Utah's Best Vacation Rentals

Great location for large groups
We had family of all ages. The pool toys, pickleball equipment and near by biking trails were great. Lots of pools to choose from. Enjoyed paddle boarding at near by Ivan's resavor.

Nice home- horrible directions and bad first impression
The address given in google maps is not accurate. We spent 45 minutes looking for the rental due to bad directions. The after hours call was not helpful and led to more confusion. After arriving the place had 10 full trash cans in front of the door with limited to no parking at the home, even though the listing says 4 parking spots per home.

We had a great time. Plenty of beds and everything was very nice. Nice quiet location with pool super close. Would recommend!
