Newly remodeled Penthouse Condo in the much desired El Anclote Condominiums. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo overlooks the finest beaches in PUNTA de MITA.
Our Kitchen has recently been remodeled with a large quartzite island, beautiful parota wood cabinets and a dishwasher (which is hard to find in Mexico) and equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. You will most likely enjoy most meals out on our terrace which offers the most beautiful views of the ocean and the pool of Anclote. You will experience the amazing sunsets sitting on the terrace, so dont forget to bring your camera.

El Anclote condominiums offers a gated community with 24 hour security. This is a quiet, safe community so we do ask that you abide by the condo rules, respect quiet hours and our neighbors. We will provide the guards your name in order to grant access through security. On the day of your arrival we will send you the door code and you will be all set!
Punta de Mita is known for its amazing surf breaks, restaurant row with delicious food and drinks, and lots of shopping.
You dont need a car to get around town but if you prefer to rent one, please let us know so we can forward the information to security.
Your days can be filled with surfing, paddleboarding, swimming, fishing and even tennis at our condo’s private tennis court. When its time to relax, you can enjoy some time at our pool and hot tub, recline on our terrace or unwind watching TV on one of the two smart TV’s or accessing our fiber optic internet (200mbs) either in the spacious living room or master bedroom. This place really has it all!
