Luxury, privacy and serenity close to beach, private pool

I had a very friendly communication with Megan throughout her an entire stay. I fulfilled all her extra wishes as requested and even allowed an early check in by hiring more people to clean on the same turnover day. We exchanged Happy Easter messages and I have not heard from the guest nor contacted her any more. After the guests checked out my cleaning service reported that a very heavy sofa was moved from the Family Room to the Living Room area. This sofa is normally designed for the kids to sit on while they play their games. It is comfortable but not nearly as comfortable as the luxury leather sofa with cushions, head supports and electronic adjustable pullouts. I politely asked the guest what was the reason for moving the sofa which she responded that it was more comfortable on her back. I responded to the guest that I wish it was moved back to the room it belonged. I had only 1 person scheduled to clean that day and the girl was not able to move that heavy sofa by herself. She had to call for help and I had to pay extra for that service. My wall got scratched and slightly damaged as well because the area between the wall and the leather sofa was very tight and the heavy sofa had to be lifted up. This particular guest broke few of our house rules as well and it was also communicated in a very polite way after the check out. The main guest Megan might not had been aware of that because she had other friends stay with her and they were occupying another section of the house. I never asked the guest to compensate me for the extra work all the damages and never filed a claim with VRBO. I just wanted the guest to be aware of what had happened. I also offered to ship an item that was left behind. I truly value all my guests and care about high standards and a quality service. At the same time I feel the communication is very important. I am afraid the guest retaliated and posted an untruthful statement in her review.
