Just 7 miles from the Lihue Airport, this peaceful condo property is tucked away on a peaceful side street from the main highway and is within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Right on the ocean, Lae Nani, has beautifully landscaped grounds, a heated swimming pool and a rocked-in pool for Keiki (children) and a swim-able beach. BBQs are located near the pool. Lae Nani is a tranquil oasis a few blocks from the Wailua River, Hawaii's only navigable river, on the southern end of the bustling town of Kapaa, where access to every convenience is afforded.

Beautiful property, great condo

We were thrilled to have an oceanfront condo in Kauai. It was so quiet and beautiful, with its own swimmable beach, and in short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was incredibly well-outfitted in terms of kitchen, TVs, towels and beach supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

The listing does not do the ocean view justice! From the moment we stepped into the condo, we were in paradise. The condo was well decorated and as expected. Walking distance to some excellent dining options. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing view and great location

The condo is in the best location. Central to both sides of the island. The view from the condo is gorgeous. Many hours were spent on the deck taking in the beautiful grounds and the ocean. Loved having air conditioning in all the rooms. Gated community so we always felt safe and plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Above & Beyond Wonderful!

We had the most incredible stay. The property was even better than we imagined in every way! The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed to cook for the week, the views were magnificent, the rooms are clean and beautifully furnished and decorated, there is an enormous TV, we absolutely loved it. The ocean is right there, and as two families with little kids, we really appreciated the sectioned off kid area of the beach. Just a few blocks walk from a great vegan restaurant called Russel's, a must visit for brunch or dinner. This was an absolute dream and we hope to come back one day!

Paradise

First time to the island of Kauai and we all absolutely loved, loved, loved our rental unit. The amenities were fantastic with two very spacious bedrooms and beautifully decorated. Close to shopping, hiking and everything in between. The most enjoyable aspect was how quiet and peaceful were our surroundings. The beach is a short walk from the unit and settled into a small cove allowing for safe swimming for children and adults of all capabilities. The grounds are impeccable with gorgeous landscaping and very friendly chickens 🐓.

Absolutely beautiful and convenient location for families

Our family of four (two teenagers) loved our 8 day stay. Perfect location for exploring the north and south side of the island yet so close to all conveniences. The kids walked to Coconut Marketplace several times a day to get shave ice! 😊 The grounds were immaculate, the pool was wonderful and the unit was so nicely upgraded and decorated. Check in was an absolute breeze and the unit had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a cooler. The property manager was so responsive to questions and concerns and acted almost immediately to address them. I very much appreciated that level of care. We will definitely be back!

A sweet taste of heaven for some Kentuckians!

This property is even better than the listing. The beach is closer than it looks in the pics with the gentle sounds of waves crashing. We enjoyed the beach several times in our town back yard. The tropical walk to both Lava Lava Beach Club next door and Coconut Market was so convenient. We hade breakfast and dinner with live entertainment a few times with amazing food. Coconut market provided everything we needed from good bbq to pizza and fresh baked goods. So many shops to visit with lots of locally made items. We went Kayaking up the river to the secret falls which was so much fun. This place is centrally located making island travel very easy. Be sure and hit up the Kountry Kitchen just down the road for breakfast! The condo was exactly as described with updated everything. It was perfect for our two couples with lots of room and comfort. Big thumbs up from Kentucky!

Great place, beautiful views, and lots nearby

This place was so amazing, we love the view of the ocean and the grounds that you could walk around on, very serene. The only thing that was odd was there didn’t seem to be a standard check in process since we already had the code for the door, so we went about our business until the last day when we got a ticket warning on our car about needing a parking permit. Since the front desk closes at 3 PM, we couldn’t figure out what we needed to do and we were leaving the next morning so we just let that be. Management was really helpful when there was an issue with our microwave, they gave us their microwave to plug-in on our countertop so I thought that was really nice of them. They mentioned doing remodels on the kitchen soon and I have to say the whole place was pretty nice and updated so it’s a step above a lot of places you might stay alternatively. The deck was great for sitting out with your coffee or lunch, just taking in the waves. Overall really calm and great place.

Beautiful place... Will definitely stay here again!

The space was absolutely gorgeous and clean inside and out! We were able to relax in the living spaces, enjoy privacy in the spacious bedrooms, and COOK with very little inconvenience. There was a blender, Instapot, toaster, toaster oven, 2 microwaves, oven, large fridge, and even a mixer. The only issue we had was communication with the manager of the place. We reached out via the communication they requested (email and phone), but they never responded to our query.

Room For Improvement

No instructions for using ceiling fan remotes, dishwasher, tv remotes, our toilets flushed when upstairs flushed theirs, beach equipment was hidden in a stuffed closet which was too messy to deal with, cockroaches in the kitchen, the smell of sewer was constant and we did report to the office about the flushing toilets. Upstairs tenants footsteps sounded like thundering herds.

My family and I loved our time at Lae Nani! The proeprty was beautiful, the lanai had gorgeously views of the grounds and ocean, and everything was just as described on the listing. Perfect Spot

The property was beautifully landscaped with a very nice beach on property.Nice swimming pool and plenty of chase lounge to relax in at the pool or on the grass area in front of the beach.The condo is nicely furnished with plenty of room and privacy. Kitchen is well stocked and BBQ is close to the unit. The property is in a prime location. We will rent this place again

Perfection

This property was beautiful and quiet. The view from our balcony was like a postcard. One day I let everyone else go off and do their strenuous activities while I just lounged on the balcony and enjoyed the view all day, and considered it a day well spent! The unit was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Restaurants and shops in easy walking distance (especially after we discovered the path from our beach). The location in Kapa’a gives easy access to the airport and the north and south shores of the island.
