The house has 1 bedroom, dining area and a studio with sofa-bed, with 2 AC units in the bedroom and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and laundry area. Relax at the beautiful veranda with views to the swimming pool and equipped with dining area and sofa set. Park your car inside your private unroofed garage wich has an automatic garage door.

Casita Veranda has free wifi, modern furniture, nice landscaping, mosquito nets in all windows and besides AC units, there are ceiling fans in each room .

Casita Veranda is 15 minutes from the airport, 1 block from Parque de Las Américas and 6 minutes away from Historic Center by car.

We do an enhanced cleaning of Casita Veranda. Upon arrival you find a ready to
use sanitizing kit: sanitizing mat for shoes, desinfectant spray and hand sanitizing gel.
In the basic toiletries we include: sanitizing hand wipes and small bottles of hand
sanitizing gel. Washing machine may be used right away, as soap and softener will be available in the laundry area (small portion for 3 washing sessions)

Before your arrival to Casita Veranda, you will be asked to confirm your anticipated time of arrival.

Everything mentioned is included in the price, except electricity.
Electric meter to be read upon arrival and before check-out.
The money of the electricity must be paid in pesos in cash.
The kilowatt is charged at 3.5 Mexican pesos.

When the rent is more than 2 weeks, a cleaning of the house will be included.
No smoking inside the house, only in the terrace.
