I am sorry that you feel this way but also a bit shocked since you only brought to our attention the ants and the freezer. We would have appreciated you bringing these other concerns to us while you were there, as that is the the best and fastest way to get these issues resolved especially since it would be helpful to incoming guests like you yourselves were. We had the freezer back up and running the same day you reported it. We explained that the ant problem occurs in most LA homes when we have occasional excessive heat. We would have sent out an exterminator if we felt it was necessary but you told us you got rid of them very easily. With regard to the other issues, had we known pots and pans and other kitchen wares were missing we would have rectified that situation immediately. Sometimes guests will inadvertently discard items so we are aware that at times certain items will need to be replaced but again it us always helpful if we are told right away rather than learn about it in a review that sometimes come a week after a guest has checked out. No one lives at the property so it’s for that reason we ask our outgoing guests to give us suggestions on how we can improve our service. We make a concerted effort to make our guest comfortable and we certainly never want them to be inconvenienced in any way. We are shocked and disappointed you shared such a poor review since this is a far cry from the great reviews we generally get, as can be seen on all platforms.
