The community is located on an 8 mile loop road that’s designated a Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail.

- Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of $200 per dog, with a maximum of two dogs. We expect dog owners to clean up after their pets and be responsible for any damages. A signed pet agreement is required.
- We typically do not host local residents and may ask about the purpose of your stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings if necessary.
- All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book with us.
